The location and price for this place was amazing for families meeting up in Orlando who want to experience Disneyworld, Universal Studios, etc....We met up with two other families and we all had a great time. The rear pool area backs onto untouched vacant land with a small pond which was very private. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a get-together in Orlando.

We recently stayed at pooh's villa and enjoyed it very much!! The home was just perfect for our family of 10. There was lots of room for the kids to play. The home was fairly clean and it had everything we needed. The drive to Disney was only 15 minutes. Overall we enjoyed it very much!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. It was convenient to all parks. Very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. The only issue were ants but they were only a problem outside none were in the house. The oven and stove has a mind of their own but I am not accustomed to electric so that may have been the cause. This home was our first experience with home rental, based on this experience I would bring my own pots to use for cooking. Dishes were all fine but the pots need to be replaced we would not use them.

We stayed in Pooh's Villa June 2012 when Tropical Storm Debbie hit. I was a nice, spacious, and clean house. We had a wonderful time. The pool was just the right size for my family. Although we was a little let down when we found out the jacuzzi was on a timer. We still enjoyed having our adult time around the pool when all the kids went to bed. The washer machine also broke while we was there. But Marcy was very helpful and within a day she had it replaced. She was a saint. We would like to stay there again when we come back next year. Thanks once again. It was wonderful!!!

My family loved the home. Very clean, and close to the parks. Kids loved the pool, and the adults enjoyed the game room. Very quiet neighborhood, and nice to come home to after walking all day at the parks. Nice spacious rooms with nice walk in closets.

The house was more than I expected, clean and very large. Pool was nice also. The first day there I noticed ants invading the kitchen, called management and the problem was taken care of within a few short hours. The family had plenty of space to relax and sit back to watch tv, listen to music, talk or play games. Easy access to stores and attractions, nothing was more than 10 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Orlando area.

I rented a 6 bedroom home for my trip to Disney and universal studios. The home was neat nice and well kept. It was close to my destinations but in a quite neighborhood. It had very comfortable beds and lots of space as well as activities in the home to keep you busy between your trips to the parks. I would highly recommend this rental for your future trips.

we had a problem with the pool heat, no heat for 4 days which was sad as the pool got really green and dirty becasue the pump was broke, the repair guy come and wanted to treat the pool in the middle of day and said we would not be able to use it for 4 hours and it was our last day, this was not good but at least we could actually use the hottub that night because it was warm. . sleeps 14, not sure how this could be as we had 13 and one of them had to sleep on the couch, unless they qualify this as a bed. area was nice. house was nice inside but allot of cockroaches and ants, when we complained they were there the same day and sprayed but cocokroaches were still there. they blamed it on the last people that were there, they said they must have left food out!!! grass was long in yard, not as nice as other properties there. all in all we had a good vacation, it was our first time renting a house so it was a new experience for us.

We were 6 adults and 1 child that rented this house for our Florida vacation. Loved, loved it! So BIG! each couple had their own full bathroom. Every convenience provided. Enjoyed the pool even if it wasn't too big. Loved the hot tub. Had a little trouble with the pool settings. The king bed was very comfortable but the others felt their beds were too hard. Maybe foam toppers would not be remiss here. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Superwalmart very close as well as lots of shopping venues. I wouldn't have any qualms recommending this property to anyone! Thanks so much Marcie!

Agent was extremely nice & accomidating when we had questions!! The dining area easly accomidated the 8 of us, the bedrooms were wonderful!! The game room & Wii system was PERFECT for everyone to utilize. House does need some minor repairs (lampshade, touch-up paint & updated towel linens) & unfortunately the floors turned all our feet & socks black ( I understand that the party prior to us that "trashed" the house). Our stay was wonderful and the neighborhood was very safe. We will definately use this house again when we are in Orlando again.

I must admit, the pictures on the website don't do the home any justice. This is a beautiful home and is equipped with everything. The only problem I had was the home wasn't as clean as I expected. The refirgerator and freezer had not been wiped out and there was a bag of ice left in the freezer, there were strands of hair on the comforter in the Master Suite on the main floor as well as a pair of shoes left under the bed and a item used to adjust bra straps was left on the floor by the dresser, there was debris in the corner by the front door and the trash had not been removed off of the front porch upon our arrival. The game room had alot of debris that looked like it came in from under the door and their was a trial of ants on the wall near the bar area above the sofa. All of these were minor and didn't affect our stay. Oh yeah, 2 of the chairs at the dining room table were broken, (one was stored in the closet in the garage) and the chairs at the breakfast nook were wobblely too. Overall we enjoyed the home until we had to call 911 for one of the adults with us who suffered a seizure, which disrupted 2 days of our plans , but there was so much to do at the house it didn't really damper our stay. The owners might want to consider painting because the walls in the foyer and master suite downstairs as well as all of the doorways were kind of dirty. None of those things will prevent us from staying there again nor prohibit me from recommending to my families and friends. Although I enjoyed the Clubhouse and amenities at Emerald Estates, and the other vacation home (can't remember name) we rented on the other end of 192 (rt on Poincianta?) left on some street), this was by far the best home. The pool area was great and the game room was fully equipped. Thanks for allowing us to share your home.

My family spent Memorial Day weekend at Tiggers vacation rental and had a blast. We enjoyed spending the entire day at three out of the four Disney Parks, then having a home away from home to end the evening. The home was clean, nicey decoreated and more than enough space for all that stayed. Our only complaint would be not having an operable pool light working for an evening swim. We plan on using Tigger's or another vacation rental in the future.

The home was spacious, and was close to many attractions. My family enjoyed the clubhouse and its amenities. If there were any complaints the pool was a little dirty, a few light bulbs were out, and a few furniture pieces needed to be fixed but overall the home was good for the price.

We just returned from Florida and our stay at Pooh's Villa. The house was very spacious and clean. This is the perfect place for a relaxing and quiet retreat. The pool area was like a sanctuary so calming. We spent most days at the house and ventured out at night. The location of the house can't be beat. Close to everything but also out of the way. Many lunches were spent by the pool while we grilled burgers and hotdogs. The game room was a great way to unwind for some healthy competition. The laundry room was so convenient, how great it was to not have a ton of dirty clothes when we returned home. The warm sunshine was a welcome change from this long winter. We couldn't have asked for more!!! We will be coming back!

We went on a trip with extended family and had a wonderful time! The house was very close to everything. Having a private pool was nice, especially since we had a couple of rambunctious kids in our group. Groceries are very expensive in the area, so double your budget. . do we deserve some compensation?pool was not serviced properly. on tues april 19 i complained that the hot tub was't working which resulted in the pool guy coming and he showed me how to operate the heater and did some pool skimming and said he serviced the pool weekly. On sunday april 24 my son with 3 children arrived and went swimming. within a couple of days his son broke out with exema. trying to figure out what caused the outbeak my son concluded that the pool needed a shock treatment. how does know ? he has his own pool and said the pool looked green he left a note for the pool man on tues april 26. no show by the pool guy by april 27 complained again and the pool guy showed late on the 27th and said to me that you shouldn't use the hot tub. well i couldfn't becaause he switched the water flow so that it wouldn't go to the heater. when i asked the pool guy what chemical was in the pool before he shocked it he said there are no chemicals.we can now conclude that the exema is caused by the algae in the pool. my daughter in law spent a night treating her son with hydrochlorothize to releive the exema. great pool guy who should be fired. put a very bad situation on an otherwise good vacation.do we deserve some compensation?Hard to recommend this place

I arranged this vacation for my Mom, my 2 nieces (8 & 11), my granddaughter and her friend (14). The Master Suite was exceptional for my Mom. The house was well set-up for the rest of us too. This house has excellent pool furniture. The area was a nice area and close proximity to everything wanted and needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Me & my brother's family(party of 6)had a great time at this beautiful house at a safe gated community.It was a 20 min.drive to all the attractions & just 2 min.drive to a 24/24h open Wallmart& lots of restaurants.The kids had fun at the pool too.It was a wonderful vacation & i would recommend the house to everyone!!

We actually stayed at Minie's Villa. Other than a few minor issues all was great. The maintenance crew was excellent when an issue did arise and was quick to resolve the problem. We had a great time and would rent a property from this owner again. Thank you for a great week!

My family and I recently stayed at the Pooh's Villa. We were all impressed with the home. The home was clean all the way around and had many features and comforts of our own home. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great value and comfortable stay.

Our Disney Christmas Vacation

After the long drive from Texas to Kissimmee, Florida, it was a surprise to find such an amazing house waiting for us and it was a bonus that it was so close to Disney World. We had plenty of room and our six kids enjoyed the pool and the game room when we were not at Disney World. The location of the house was close to necessary shopping plus Downtown Disney. To top it off, Santa even found us at the house!!! It was a Christmas we will never forget and the beautiful house made our stay comfortable and welcoming.

The home had adequate space. It had a nice layout. I was disappointed with the dingy carpet stains up the stairs toward the entrance. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice decorated. There needed to be more wash cloths and only one bed in four rooms. The add showed 2 beds in one of these rooms. Overall nice stay. Everything was accessible. Great location.

Needs Painting,Floors are Laminate not Hard wood,Takes longer than 10 min. to get to parks.The house was just fine maybe tone down the decription so people won't be disapointed. Some curb appeal would be nice. Matching towles. First impressions are important and these were things we noticed first. None of these things would have made our stay better, just comments for the owners.

We did not get to stay here but we did get the Tiger house which was very nice and confortable for all in our group. We really enjoyed the pool after a long day at the parks. We would recommend it to our other relatives and friends

We had family members from 5 households converge here for my retirement party, and we were ALL well pleased! Even Grandpa (who only went to Disney 1 day) enjoyed the comfortable furnishings (raved about the bed) and large screen TV. Kids loved the pool and the Wii. We all highly recommend this Villa, and the great management. Thanks!

Everything was exactly as described, house was perfect for our vacation, the kids loved the extra detail, we definitely appreciated the extra space compared to a hotel room. The service from the initial booking to our departure was first class, We would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone, great value, thank you for making it available.

Our group of 4 adults thought this home was beautiful! Comfortable, inviting, and plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves! We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property, or the ease of the rental process. We plan on returning!

The home had plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids. Every time we opened a door, we found a new room capable of holding more people. The pool was great and the hot tub was very nice. There was adequate dishes and silverware, as well as dish soap. I was surprised there were no garbage bags, but we made do with grocery bags. The house is a bit "used", but ok for a vacation. Very clean, great neighborhood. 12 minute ride to the Disney exit off of I-4. We were able to leave the park at 2 and then return for dinner without it being too much driving. TV, cable, DVD player were very nice.

This was our first time renting a home for our vacation, but I must say i was very impressed with the home and all the extras. We are a large group (14) and it was perfect. I recommend this home for anyone planning a trip to fla. It was very close to all theme parks and lots of dining. even close to walmart. This home was well worth the rental. Thanks agian.

This house provided everything we needed and more! There was plenty of room for all of us, and the pool was great after a long day at the park. We were able to cook most of our meals at the home which saved a lot of money. It was close to all the parks and stores. We plan to go back next year and will definitely stay in the same home if it's available. The beds were very comfortable and the manager was accommodating and allowed for a later checkout time. Overall I would highly recommend this home to anyone thinking about staying in Florida that wishes to be close to all the attractions, but doesn't want to pay the price of staying at Disney. This property provides everything you need, and feels like home.

The house worked out very well for us. We were a little suprised at first by the condition. There are a few holes in the walls, a globe on the dining room light is broken, etc.. This house is certainly used as a Rental.. The pans in the kitchen should be replaced. Some lights do not work at all. With a little TLC, this house could be fantastic!!
