Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental
Stunning Lake Front Orlando Florida Vacation Rental Pool Home in Kissimmee near Disney and Golf.
Our beautiful Orlando vacation home is very spacious and there are large gaps between the neighboring houses so no other properties are right on top of you which is quite unusual for homes in the Orlando area.
Our privately owned vacation rental home in Kissimmee has a private pool terrace with lanai and jacuzzi spa and wonderful views. It is a quality vacation home with lots of space and it is built on an oversized lot with no other houses immediately on top of you.
The pool and spa back onto one of the many lakes so it is nice and private for when you just want to relax and take in the sunshine whilst enjoying your Florida vacation.
Our Disney vacation home is fully air-conditioned with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and although it is only 15 minutes to Walt Disney World and less than 10 minutes to Highway 192 it is located in the highly sought after Crescent Lakes community which is built around many lakes and conservation areas.
Our Kissimmee rental pool home has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard and offers all the amenities and facilities to make your vacation really special.
Our Orlando home rental direct by owner has a King Master bedroom on the 1st floor with full ensuite facilites and a Queen bedroom on the ground floor with an adjoining bathroom.
A futher Queen bedroom and two twin bedded rooms are also situated on the 1st floor.
The 2nd living room on the ground floor has a Queen sleeper sofa for occasional sleeping when required.
All bedrooms have Cable TV and the Family room has a 42" Plasma TV with DVD making 8 TV's in total.
The family room and breakfast nook both have patio doors leading out to the lanai and pool terrace so you can have breakfast inside looking out over the lake or outside sitting under the lanai by the pool.
There is a separate dining room to the front of the house with access to and from the fully equipped and spacious kitchen.
There is a loft/den upstairs with a computer with Hi Speed Internet access, TV, Playstation2, sofa, cordless phone and lot of reading books.
The separate laundry room contains the washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Hairdyers are supplied in all bathrooms and all towels and linens are provided.
There are cordless phones available with free Long Distance and International calls and a voicemail facility.
The Games Room has an 8ft Slate Bed Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball and electronic darts.
The fully equipped kitchen also has a remote control under counter Radio/CD player.
Due to the popularity of our home we are have already booked really quickly for 2009 and are now taking bookings for 2010 and 2011 so please inquire early to avoid disappointment.
Calla Lily Cove at Crescent Lakes is situated in an enviable location set amid wooded conservation areas and several lakes yet it is only 10 minutes from Highway 192 with all it's major shops and restaurants and 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. All of the houses on Crescent Lakes are built on large lots with big gaps between the neighbouring houses so they are not all on top of one another offering the maximum privacy and seclusion. This is quite unusual compared to most of the other properties in the Orlando area. Crescent Lakes is situated adjacent to the Reedy Creek nature reserve with an abundance of wildlife in and around the area.

Villa was a pleasure to stay in, June 18, 2009 Great time and a great house!, June 2, 2009 Wonderful Week, April 22, 2008 We had a very enjoyable stay in your house. It was beautiful and was a great place to relax after our daily theme park excursions. The kids spent all of their free time in the pool, and we adults unwound in the jacuzzi every evening. The view of the pond is also very beautiful, and the kids really enjoyed feeding the pair of Sandhill Cranes that visited us every day. The kids were really hoping to see an aligator in the pond, but the adults were just as happy that there were none to be found! They also had a great time in the game room, playing pool for hours on end.
We'll definitely be checking to see if your house is available the next time we visit the Orlando area.
It was an awesome week, and we're all sad that it's over and we have to go back to work.
Thanks again, and we're looking forward to having a chance to live like kings again on our next Florida vacation.

Just wanted to drop you a line and say "Thanks!" for letting us rent your house! We had a tremendous time! And, the house was so beautiful and luxurious, as well as being wonderful for the children. The inside fence around the pool was especially wonderful! The children enjoyed the pool and gameroom so much that they actually requested to leave Disney World early to go back to the house! I would definitely recommend your house to other family groups visiting the area. There was enough room for everyone to have fun, and have privacy. My daughter had a terrific 3rd birthday there!
I do hope we left everything in acceptable condition. We were rushing after the children to keep them from eating near your beautiful white carpets!

Yes, we all arrived home safe and sound, although we were dragging our feet because we didn't want to leave! I had intended to email you, just had not had a chance. As it is, we have soccer (football) practice in 15 minutes for both my kids, so I will hurriedly tell you want a wonderful place you have! We thoroughly enjoyed the house.
It is quite beautiful and very spacious. After being able to have lots of space, I don't think I can ever stay in a motel again! The kids loved having their own rooms, with their own televisions, (a luxury in their eyes as I won't let them have one in their rooms here at home...mean mom!!) They also enjoyed the playstation! Piper, my daughter wants you to know "It Works!" (We had a little trouble figuring it out at first.) Anyway, my mother enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the birds. The cranes visited everyday. The kids fished in the pond and tried to find the alligator, both with out much luck. But they had fun anyway.
I have bragged so much about how wonderful your house was that several friends have expressed an interest in possibly using it on future trips. I will give them your email.

We are now spending a couple of days in Naples, before we go back to Norway tomorrow afternoon.
Your house in Calla Lily Cove was just perfect, it was just soo.. lovely! We also spent at lot of time in the pool and spa, it was very nice with the heating.
I also took my time to right in the gest book, i hope that was all right.
