Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental

Seven bedroom/five bathroom executive home! Minutes from Walt Disney World in the Cumbrian Lakes subdivision in Kissimmee! Exclusive Gated Subdivision! South-facing pool area is not overlooked!

Our house features three master suites with king beds, a fourth bedroom with a king bed, two bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, and a set of bunk beds. Each of the master suites includes its own full bath; the house also has two other full bathrooms and a half bath.

The house is completely furnished and tastefully decorated, and includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, six cable televisions (42" widescreen lcd in family room and 26" lcd in main master), all towels and linens, and a private screened-in pool and spa which overlook lakes and a conservation area. The house backs to the conservation area for greater privacy, and has views of the lakes and a fountain.

Cumbrian Lakes is a premier gated community off of US 192 and Poinciana Blvd. Disney is less than 15 minutes away, but the setting for the house is amazingly quiet and relaxing.

Shopping and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive on US 192! Save money on your vacation; major grocery stores and a super Wal-Mart are only minutes away.

We are the owners, so there is no expensive middleman to go through. Please email or phone us for availability information and a brochure. We also have a five bedroom/4 bathroom house available in the Kissimmee area. We have 10 years experience renting Kissimmee area homes and these are our second set of homes. Having purchased our houses new before the Florida bubble, we don't have mortgage problems. Please ask about last minute discounts and extended stay discounts for stays of longer than 10 days.

Newly updated in 2009 with tile floor in common areas, new carpeting, new televisions and electronics, bedding, etc.

Area Information

Cumbrian Lakes is a gated subdivision just minutes from Disney World. Secure and close to restaurants and shopping, Cubrian Lakes features several small lakes, walking paths, and a playground.

Disney is less than 15 minutes away; Universal Studios and Seaworld are close by. Atlantic beaches and Cape Canaveral are an hour away.

Best vacation ever

The house was so huge the entire family enjoy the space. The only issue the air is set to 73degrees and my family like the cold sometimes it was hot at night.

We loved every minute of our stay. The home was beautiful, the upgrades were very nice. Everything was in perfect condition and the extras were such a nice surprise. The pool was in perfect condition and the heater worked beautifully. We had the best Florida vacation ever and we thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We will contact you again next year for another stay. We highly recommend you home to anyone looking for a beautiful, safe vacation home minutes away from every Florida attraction.

Wonderful Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Misha's house. The pool was fantastic! We really enjoyed having three bedrooms on the ground floor for my elderly parents and my aunt. Having four kings with three en-suites was also extra nice. The beds could use a little improvement, but overall the house was great. There was new carpet and painting. There was an ample supply of linens, towels, dishes, etc. All of the appliances, dish washer, washer/dryer, air conditioning, etc. worked great. The view of the small lake was excellent and the walking trail around the lake was nice. All of the TV's, CD players, etc. were in good working condition. The bathrooms were clean, and there were no problems with the plumbing. Some of the furniture was beginning to wear, but that's expected with a rental. Overall the house was great and we had a wonderful vacation. We would definitely consider returning to Misha's house in the future. Jim & Cyndi
