This house was absolutely perfect for myself, my husband, and 2 boys (2 & 5 yrs). I have never been on vacation where I have felt more at home and comfortable than I did here. There were so many items that were already at the house that made vacationing convenient such as all kitchen items, washer, dryer, grill, pool toys, towels, sheets, etc. plus so many indoor toys that my kids were NEVER bored when not at an amusement park! The view from the pool patio was absolutely beautiful! I could go on and on but I think I made my point. =) Our kids had asked when we were going back before we even left the house! We will definitely be back in the near future!!

Our family stayed for 7 days. It was bigger than what the pictures showed and worked amazingly well for all of us. The pool access was perfect as to not disturb others in the early morning. The wonderful scenery was calming and we loved sitting out on the deck drinking our morning coffee. We used the driving directions as provided in your welcome binder to visit all the parks and to the shopping areas; they were easy to follow. We also made use of the free WiFi which was provided - definitely an added bonus. Paul was very helpful and responded promptly to any/all questions we had . This vacation was our Perfect Getaway, and we have already discussed when we will be returning to Florida and staying at this home.

We have visited this home in April for a week. It was a very nice week in the spacious villa. Pool was great (including pool heat), 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Furthermore a fast Wi-Fi internet access is available. The home was clean and there were a lot of toys available, as well as strollers for the little ones. The neighboorhood is quiet and save and all major attractions are within 30 minutes driving distance. We went to the Disney parks and pools off course which were great. We also went to Sea World and Wet 'n' Wild were we had a wonderfull time! We recommend the villa to everybody who seeks for a spacious pool home near to the Orlando attractions.

Great home, close to Davenport.Nice location, across from orange orchards. Lots bigger than it looks. Very nice pool area, and back yard. Quite comfortable beds. Everything you could want in a vacation home, just slightly farther from the parks, than the last time we rented a home, but well worth the extra 10 minutes each way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house itself was beautiful and immaculately kept. Anywhere we wanted to go was very close. (Wal-mart, Disney, malls etc.) At first we were worried about scams on the internet, but this rental has restored our faith. This was better than we had expected. I almost hate to recommend it to others because I want it to be available for our next vacation. :)

We enjoyed our stay in Kisseemee at our rented home. Nice quiet area. Everything was in tip-top shape. Nice and clean. Swimming pool great, relaxing view over the lake. Convient to Orlando airport as well as stores restaurants and all the attractions. I would highly recommend it to any of my friends. We especially liked the noncommercial atmosphere of a hotel almost like being "at home". Thank you.
