Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental
Rent these units from a week to a month and up to a year, depending on their business requirements. No hassles of maintaining or cleaning, we can even provide you with mid stay cleans, laundry services, baby sitting services, and secretarial services or a personal assistant. Its like a 5 star hotel experience but without the cramped up space.
Imagine a big screen TV in you living room with a home entertainment system, DVD, Play Station for the kids room TV and an additional TV with a dvd for your private master bedroom.
2 master suites: One with a king size bed. The second with a Queen size bed. Nestle your self on a 350 count Egyptian cotton bed sheet, private bath, walk in closets, designer furniture and just creature comforts that is meant to offer you the best experience.
Additionally the third bedroom offers a kids themed room with 2 twin or bunk beds. This room has its own TV and play station so the kids do not get using the living room real estate. The living room couch also has a queen sized pull out that can be used for that extra person.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a gourmet meal or a quick snack. All pots, pans, silverware, coffee maker, oven, microwave, blender, mixer, dish washer, fridge with ice maker are at your disposal. The dining room is fitted for a full scale family dining with seating for 8 people. The units has a full sized washer and dryer, Air conditioned with a dehumidifier. You also have a private balcony that is great to see the Disney fire works, relax with a loved one or just for BBQ.
For the work minded folks, there is high speed internet a wireless router, so log in with your lap top and surf the web, or check your email and finish up your work from the comforts of your own balcony or the bedroom.
These homes come with their own private covered pool with a large deck with pool furniture where you can relax and catch up with your tan whilst the kids are busy enjoying the pool. Many of these homes come with a built in spa and have heat options available at a daily cost.

20 minutes to Orange county convention center & area employers.
10 minutes to Universal Studios & island of adventure.
8 minutes to Sea World & Discovery Island.
60 miles from the east coast beaches like Daytona, cocoa beach / Kennedy space center.
70 miles from the west coast beaches like St.Pete, Clearwater, Tampa.
7 minutes from Disney Down town, pleasure Island, Disney Quest.
12 minutes from the City walk - universal studios night club scene.
25 minutes to Orlando Down Town, Financial centers, University of Central Florida, Lock Heed Martin, Kennedy Space Center.
Transportation is by means of private Taxis to any of the area attractions. If you are not getting a rental car, we can arrange for a private driver with daily pick up and drop off.
Come enjoy a lap of luxury, play some golf at famed golf courses within 10 miles from the resort, or do a coaching seminar at the Lead better academy of Golf or get a private lesson from Nick Price. It is all possible and the possibilities are endless.

Stayed for one month. Really enjoyed our time there. Rita and Jim were really accommodating. We got everything we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. For this reason we have already booked , with them, for six weeks in 2013 and also given their name and phone number to someone.

Hi Jim,
Just wanted to let you know we got into town ok and are impressed with the accommodation.
Have had a chance to go through the welcome booklet and just wanted to let you know of a couple of items that we were aware of when we arrived as far as damages, nothing major but the railing at the top of the second floor stairs is loose and the front door stopper was off the mount. If I come across anything else I will let you know.
Also we would like access the Villa internet network is that included or an additional cost?

Hello Jim,
Wanted to let you now that we enjoyed our stay in Knightsbridge. We kept busy with searching areas to locate our favorite place to live.
So sorry we decided not to stay in this area. We did finally find Venice which we dearly love!
We are getting packed up to make our move. We have found a rental in Venice until we find our perfect home.
We made our check in day for May 1st in Venice and realized when we checked our lease with you that it is for the 30th of April and not May 1 checkout. I guess we were thinking we were staying through the end as if we stayed at a hotel (checkout the morning after your final night). Is this doable as his guests are checking out the morning of the 1st and we can't get in sooner.
Please let us know. I plan on having all towels and linens washed and folded and everything clean. I'll have the table set as it was for us. So the place should be pretty ready to go.

Good morning. Now that we have unpacked and settled down I want to take a few minutes to thank you. Our experience at Bella Vida was a very pleasant one. The location and amenities were just as you presented them. The condo was exceptionally clean and was kept that way by the maid cleanings on Monday and Wednesday. I was present during the time that Minerva (I believe that is her name) cleaned on Monday and was impressed with the very thorough job she did. The pool was sparkling and was enjoyed every day by my granddaughter. The supply of towels and bed linens was more than adequate. We also appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the privacy we were afforded. While I do not anticipate returning to the Orlando area in the near term, I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend your service and your properties to our friends. Thank you again.
