I have been a customer of Dream Vacation Getaways for several years and always been satisfied with their service. But this year the Calballero family out did themselves far beyond my wildest expectations. Though I have never been disappointed with the accommodations I have been provided, their service has been the reason I return to them year after year for our home away from home. This year when at the last minute health issues of one of our party caused us to have to completely revise our needs, Eileen not only met our needs, but with kindness and compassion revised our reservation in a single day offering savings beyond our anticipation.
