We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a nice place to relax and just minutes away from anything we needed or wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people. Home was in good condition and clean.

Had a great time staying at this Home Rental. Clean and spacious. Nice having the pool heated so it could be used even on the chilly days. Would gladly stay there again.

This rental property was awesome, everything we could possibly want was there. close to Disney and Universal Studio, shopping, and house was very clean, spacious, and had loads of extras. The pool was awesome, and neighbourhood was very nice. We plan to return again next year.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay with our 2 grandsons very much. The location of the house makes visiting both Disney and Universal convenient. The pool was heated and much enjoyed by the grandsons. Home was clean and the renting agent was very nice to work with.

We really liked the house and all the amenities. The only thing I think you should change is to make one of the queen bedrooms bigger and put in another king and then make the 2nd bath bigger. Compared to the master bedroom that bath was very small and old. The other problem we didnt like was the AC being preset. We did have some problems with it going up wo 79 in the house, which was way to warm. I think you should allow the renters to set it in a range from 71 to 76, as we were always too warm, especially humid. Other than it not being a good week due to all the rain and storms, we did have a good time and would probably return to the house again.

what a great time we had...location was perfect! the house was beautifull and had everything we needed and more. we could have spent the whole week in the house and had a nice vacation. the parks were all a 15 minute drive away...pirates golf just outside the estate...loads of british pubs for those interested...medevel times...walmart...we couldnt have asked for anything better at a great price for a large family with lots of kids. we will be back next year for sure!

Nice house but it needed some more cleaning

The house was a new house really nice but the TV's in the bedrooms were really small. The bathrooms were not very cleaned, the pool wasn't clean either, the outside chairs in the patio had a lot of spider web.

We had a great time. the house was well supplied with everything needed. The only thing we had a problem with was the dryer. It took a very long time for things to dry. I think the filter hose was not vented right or full. Will be looking forward to contacting you again next year.

Great house only complaint was that the pool never got warm enough for us old folks everything else was 4 star we will probably rent it again and just ask for mor heat for the pool we visited all the PARKS WITH NO TROUBLE FROM THIS LOCATION
