This is the ULTIMATE FAMILY FUNHOUSE!! This is the house that our guests designed! We've just added a really cool mini-golf putting green!! You wanted family time, family fun, family quality time and a place to make magical memories! You asked for games, fitness, Disney themes, family movie time, quality furniture, computers, and a place to have a family cook out. WELL YOU GOT IT! This "family fun house" will make your ideal family vacation and give your family memories to last a lifetime! Mickey's Family Fun House has 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and it's own private bathroom. It also has a 32 inch flat screen TV! The girls room is as pink as pink can be, has 2 twin beds and is perfect for your little girls! The third bedroom is great for boys, with 2 twin beds, a flat screen TV and sports theme! This family fun house has a game room that has something for everyone! The game room offers a large flat screen TV with a Wii game system! The whole family can play virtual bowling, golf, baseball and boxing! If it's fitness you're after, you can easily break a sweat while playing with the Wii, or take a jog on the treadmill while watching the kids play pool.The game room also has a computer with internet access. How does a family movie night sound? Pop som popcorn and sit around the 52" Hi Def TV in the living room! It even has movie channels! Mickey's Family Fun House offers plenty of outdoor fun too! There is a BBQ, for poolside dinners, a private swimming pool, and brand new patio furniture by the pool, so you can soak up the Florida sun. This house is all about spending quality time together, and it offers something that everyone can enjoy! This house is only 4 miles to Disney and 20-30 minutes from Sea World and Universal. Happy Halloween!

We searched vacation rentals for several months, looking specifically for a rental with a fenced yard and private pool within a 5 mile drive to Disney. This sweet little home fit the bill perfectly. We are a family of 5, 3 adults, 2 children with a special needs pet, who is diabetic and visually impaired so taking her everywhere we go is a must. This home was so close to Disney we could come and go as we pleased throughout the day, it was well stocked with everything you could possibly need to use as a home away from home and some very nice extras, Wi-fi, pool, pool table, Wii, treadmill, Putting Green in yard. The bed in the master bedroom was heaven, we wanted to pack it up and take it home with us. The house was clean and nicely furnished it also had terrific TV's. . The renting process was easy and no deposits made this home especially appealing. The management company was excellent to deal with from start to finish. They kept in constant email contact with us from the moment we signed the contract several months before our trip until the day we arrived. They went the extra mile to accept insulin from our pet pharmacy in TX for our dog while we were out at the parks and brought it to the house and put it on the kitchen table so it was waiting for us when we returned. Mickey's Family Fun House was a great place to enjoy our 9 days in the Orlando area and Loyalty is hands down the best management company to deal with. Thank you to Yvonne and Cynthia for a wonderful vacation.

Comfortable, clean villa great for families

We arrived to this villa to discover that upgrades were being done to the outside while we were there. Old grass being removed and new grass being laid. Interlock patio being added as well. We unfortunately, lost the use of the backyard, but not the sreened in pool area which was great. Overall, the home is well equipped and has more than anyone can hope for. 52 inch tv in family room, tvs in all other bedrooms. Wii, computer, treadmill, pool table in garage. Home was as described in listing and had no major flaws. One deficiency was there was no alarm clock in home to wake us on various mornings. Overall, a great place to stay while in Florida.
