Indian Creek has a plenty of additional community attractions designed for families, which are all FREE for our guests use. Young children will love the tot-lot playgrounds (there's 2 of them), and will spend hours on the climbing frames, swings and equipment. Older kids – and the young at heart – will enjoy playing in the sunshine on the Indian Creek putting green, tennis courts, soccer pitches, baseball nets, and lots of open spaces to enjoy. Just 2 minutes from the entrance, guests will find the famous highway 192 in Kissimmee – and the Formosa Gardens shopping mall and eatery. Some of the best known restaurants are located at Formosa Gardens, with an Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Giordano's Chicago Pizza restaurant, Carrabba's Italian, Cracker Barrel, Chinese, Subway and Taco Bell takeaways, as well as shops, a Winn Dixie supermarket, and much more.

Dopey's Delight has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with a sumptuous sofa, love seat and easy-chair, 46-inch high-definition cable TV, and DVD player to enjoy and watch your favorite movie.

Step out from the family room in to the shaded lanai, and sit and eat al-fresco, or watch the warm Florida sun set to the West. Or step out on to the sun-baked pool deck, and dip in to the cooling and sparkling waters of the pool and separate bubbling spa pool! The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms.

Luxurious and slumber-soft sleeping accommodation awaits you when you stay at this wonderful property. The master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed, ceiling fan, nightstands with lamps and a clock/radio/alarm, dresser with a large cable TV and DVD player, and a master bathroom with his 'n' hers vanity basins, wall-mounted hair dryer, walk-in shower, roman tub, toilet and walk-in closet. The second master bedroom also provides a king-size bed, ceiling fan, with nightstands with lamps and a clock/radio/alarm, dresser with cable TV and DVD player, and a master bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, wall-mounted hair dryer, bath/shower, and toilet.

The third and fourth master bedrooms each provide a queen-size bed to sleepy guests, with nightstands and lamps, clock/radio/alarm, dresser with cable TV and DVD, plus closet space and an adjoining family bathroom. The last bedroom offers the perfect "pad" for the kids - or the young at heart, with 2 twin beds, nightstand with lamp, dresser with cable TV, DVD player and XBox 360, and closet space. Finally, there is a sleeper sofa in the family room for added flexibility on guest numbers.

The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to provide a family feast to enjoy together either at the dining area off the main family room, or at the breakfast nook or out by the pool.

Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment.

Cancellation:

The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to the day that the final payment is due (30 days prior to arrival). In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the guest will be charged the following cancellation penalty. From initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, Guest will be charged a 20% cancellation fee on their initial deposit.

We regret that it is unable to waive any of the cancellation charges above, whatever the circumstances within the 30 days prior to arrival. We recommend that all guests take out adequate cancellation or vacation insurance either through their insurance broker or travel agent.


Pool heat is recommended from the 31st-Oct to the 31st-Mar.

Pool heat is an additional $35 per night for this property.

A minimum of 4 nights pool heat is chargeable on all reservations.

A $99 cleaning surcharge applies to all stays less than 7 days.
