Beautiful home, few snags
February 5, 2012
The home is wonderful, perfect for 2 families with children. The pool was heated and children loved it even with temps in the upper 60's they were in it. The hot tub was nice but the jets did not work great so even though it was "hot" there was not much bubble action. It did get cool at night and the first night we did not have access to the thermostats and could not turn on the heat, the next day it took a few phone calls but then was opened for us to be able to control the temps. We arrived at the house right at 3:45 for check -in and dissappointed to see that it had yet to be cleaned. Luckily, the cleaners arrived at the same time and took care of it for us. Overall a great week - the resort is beautiful and very close to parks.

This was a great place for all 12 of us. We loved it!! we would stay again. only problem was that the kitchen must not be used alot since they didn''t have a cheese grater or a noodle strainer.

We very much appreciate your review Lynn. We try to keep our house up to a high standard. About the items in the kitchen, it's allways a problem Lynn, some things get broken or disappear for some reason. We'll give our housemanager a call and ask him to check the kitchen items and buy or replace them when necessary.

the house was everything and more fr the pics on the web. Clean, spacious , the hottub was a big hit each night after a busy day. The pool and hottub were cold when we got there but was fixed by the following night.The pool lights did not work. Truly a great home to visit with 8-10 peoplecomfortably.
