We rented this home for a long weekend. The home and furnishings were a bit outdated, but relatively clean and suited our needs. The view was awesome from the back pool area. The only minor complaint would be with the landscapin inside the pool area. It was a bit overgrown and made it hard to fully enjoy the pool deck. Would recommend it to others.

We stayed here for 5 nights and wish it were longer a longer stay. The pool was refreshing but wished there were a few pool toys. Everything worked great. We were especially happy over the bedrooms as we wanted 3 full sized (queen) beds. I will be contacting for a longer stay next year. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. Its was a wonderful end to our vacation.

This home was in wonderful shape. We found it to be exceptionally clean. There were plenty of instructions on how to use the kitchen appliances, how to work the security system. There were plenty of towels and extra linens for the beds. There were cleaning supplies as well as dishes and all the things we needed for our stay. The pool area was very nice and we would recommend this to anyone with a large family. We had an amazing time!

My family and I were very.. pleased with the house and the resort. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and very tastefully decorated. My nephew loved the Mickey mouse themed room. He felt like he was in Disney world the whole time. We were very pleased with the very.. Large master bedroom with the huge master bathroom. The resort staff were very friendly. The tiki bar by the pool was also a hit with us. We highly Recomend staying at this house. The price is un eatable, the resort is gorgeous and the house is incredibly comfortable and home like. In addition It is conveniently located close to everything (grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, restaurants, Disney world and much much more)

The house was great for my family of eight. The pool was clean and everybody had their own bed. The travel time to Disney is about 30 minutes with traffic (and there is always traffic). Shopping is close by and very easy to get to. The house does not stock any trash bags, cleaning supplies or soaps so you'll have to buy them. Also the house is not baby proof. We had a 14 month old walker and the glass top tables and varied decorations were too much of a temptation for him, we had to take them down until we left. If your family does not have a toddler, then this home is 100% perfect. The home owner is very nice and was easy to work with. I can easily reccommend this home to other families. Thanks so much. Tim

This home was the perfect accommodation for our family of 6. The house was spacious, spotless and well equipped. The pool and outdoor seating / dining area were a welcome relief from the heat and crowds at Disney World. The property is conveniently located near grocery & drug stores and Disney. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. We would highly recommend this property and would return in a minute!

This home is perfect, we had the best time. We had 6 in our group, everyone was very comfortable in the home. Kitchen was large, we ate out a lot, but I cooked one meal at the house, and had everything I needed. We spent a couple of days just hanging out at pool. Kids loved it! Favorite room was the mickey themed room! We stayed on Disney property a few years ago, this was so much better with a lot more room.

This was a great location to stay to enjoy all the Disney parks, within 10-15 minutes to all of them. Shopping and restaurants were also close & convenient. However, the house was not the cleanest when we arrived (bathroom counters were 'skimmed' with a cloth, carpets were only vacuumed in the middle of the rooms) and the towels smelled musty. There were a few minor issues with other things - lamps and tv/DVD in the Mickey & Minnie room did not work, kitchen sink leaked profusely. Overall the price and location are right, but not the best choice if you're looking for 4+ stars.

The house was a very nice place to stay. Was disappointed in the fact that i payed $75 for a cleaning fee, and the house diddnt look like it had been dusted in a month, and i had to take care of the laundry that was left. I also had to bye a hair dryer when the house was listed with one there. also there were sections of the blinds missing so i had to cover window with blind. the location of the house was great.

This is a nicely decorated, roomy home that we rented with another family. It's very close to the attractions and restaurants. Negatives: There are blinds missing in the living room and master bedroom so you'll need to drape a blanket over the sliding glass doors for privacy. The dryer takes twice the time to dry clothes and towels. The ducts probably need to be vacuumed. We had an issue with no power going to the pool heater for 3 days and the owner was inconsistent in communicating with us, but she did get it working midweek. We were only able to enjoy the pool for 3 days and the owner refused to reimburse 3 days of pool heat. So, that was annoying, but more so disappointing as we had 3 young children eager to swim and the pool was frigid. But overall, it was a nice rental for the price.

Had a wonderful time at this rental! Will definitely be returning! Very roomy with every ammenity you need! They even thought t put candles, sewing kits etc in the kitchen! Worked out perfectly for my daughters birthday cake (we forgot the candles). The kids had a blast with all the toys and sleeping in the themed bedrooms. Beautiful backyard pool and sitting area, wish the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed it more! Thanks so much again for the fabulous stay! We will see you again!

We really enjoyed the stay at this vacation home. Every time we come to Disney we rent a vacation home vs staying on Disney because of the comfort and savings in renting a house. The house was nice but needed a little updating. Cable TV was very limited on it's channels available, the dryer took for ever to dry your laundry, the blinds in the master bedroom was broken so had to put up a sheet for privacy. I really don't want to sound like I'm complaining because I'm not. Just pointing out some minor things that need to be addressed. The owners were super nice and very easy to work with and I would consider renting from them again. If it was not for the minor things I would have given it 5 stars because the house is so closed to the Parks it was wonderful to be able to be back to you place with in minuets of leaving them. If you have never rented a vacation home before I would recommend this home for sure!

Mr. Henry was so easy to work with and such wonderful help. The house was clean and very nice and we all had a wonderful time. Pool and hot tub was well worth having and the kids were in it at least 2 times per day. Plenty of privacy since there is no one directly behind the property and house was very spacious.

The pros: I found this home at a great discount and was thoroughly happy with the prices! It was very close to Disney which made the commute there and back seem like nothing after long days in the parks! The home is nice and has great ammenities but we litterally were there just to get a shower and sleep so we did not take advantage of really anything.. I'm sure the pool would be nice in the summer! It has a great amount of hot water for everyone to take a long shower or bath. It is furnished nicely. The negatives: my friend and I were a little put off by the attitude and lack of thorough communication by the owner in the beginning. But when it came time to get all the info needed to arrive, she was very prompt and thorough. The info states there is no toilet paper or trash bags...there is also NO laundry detergent and it is your responsibility to start a load of sheets before leaving..so you might want to bring some! Also, the sheets and towels are extremely crunchy..which kind of made us wonder if they were even washed with detergent before we arrived or just thrown in the wash as directed. They could DEFINITLY use some fabric softener! Overall it was a great place to stay.

The experience was awesome! The house was neat and clean, comfortable to accomodate the entire family, close to the parks. One suggestion: check the A/C since the house temperature was not feeling appropriate all the time, specially during night. I will definitively recommend this vacation home to family and friends.

the house was very nice - accomodated us all very well. All the children loved the pool and it was very close to alot of activities.

My family (14) total stayed in this house. Accomodations were awesome! Only suggestion to make it better would be wifi. Would definitely recommend to others!

We rented this home for our Flordia vacation and we were more then pleased with the home. Everything was clean and up to date. The Brown's were a joy to work with and the very next day we returned home from our vacation we received our deposit back from them. We travel to Flordia each year to go to Disney and we always rent homes in the area and this home by far was the best one yet. Next year when we go to Disney we plan on staying here again since their home was so nice and the Brown's were a pleasure to deal with.

Our team stayed at the above property and it was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room, clean and secure. It had everything available that we needed, as well as being close to the fields where we played and was also conveniently located to many restaurants. We would definately stay again in the future.

The house is great for kids the pool was the best part of the house. It was enough room for our family of 16 for 7 days. I highly recommend the home to anyone with a big family. The resort has a lot to offer as well. Overall what you see is what you get.
