Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental

WE'VE JUST ADDED A CINEMA ROOM WITH SURROUND SOUND AND RECLINING THEATER SEATING TO This beautiful 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home! IT has just been completely refurnished, redecorated with quality furnishings and tropically landscaped. It boasts, tiled flooring, beautiful laminate flooring to the living room and new carpets in all bedrooms. As you enter the house, you immediately feel the warmth of the home, it welcomes you with large sofas, laminate flooring in a living room that overlooks the pool and Jacuzzi area. There is a 42" flat screen TV with surround sound and a full cable package. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need for your dining in experience. There is a breakfast area and a separate dining room for more formal evenings. Five bedrooms, all with TVS and cable. The large master has a King Bed and leads to a beautiful twin vanity ensuite room with a large bathtub and a separate shower. Two more bedrooms have queen beds with TVs and cable. Two other bedrooms have twin beds, one of them is Disney themed for the kids, and the other is a calming sunset theme. There is high speed internet along with a laptop and a printer so that you can print your boarding passes. The game room has a pool table, foosball table, electronic dart board and an arcade machine with many games. The pool and Jacuzzi area has loungers, chairs and tables and leads out onto a large landscaped fully fenced in area. Great for kids to play in. The pool has colored lights making it beautiful in the evening. The home is only 4 miles to Disney and 15 minutes to Sea World and 20 minutes to Universal. This home is an ideal choice for any family. NOW WITH UNLIMITED LONG DISTANCE CALLING!!!! Posted rate is for a minimum 5 night stay, is not valid during peak season and can't be combined with other offers.

Disney Movie Castle is just 4 miles to Disney. Mapquest has us 9 minutes from Wide World of Sports!

This is VERY IMPORTANT if you value your vacation time, this is CRITICAL if you hate traffic jams. Every day a Bazillion people head to Disney at 8:30 in the morning...and if your vacation home is out on US27, in Davenport, Clermont, or Poinciana...you could spend up to an HOUR in traffic each way.
