Kirk Manor is a beautiful 7 bed/4.5 bath home situated at the most prestigious vacation spot- Emerald Island Resort. Kirk Manor is decorated and furnished throughout by an interior designer and licensed to sleep 16 people comfortably. Most of downstairs is tiled. As you enter the house you will immediately see the Living room. If you would like some quite time, the living room has a sofa, love seat and a chair. Our Dining room is off the Living room which contains a beautiful table with seating for 8 people. The Family room is a large informal sitting area with a stunning high ceiling. The Family room is an open plan to the kitchen and nook. It is the ideal area to relax and watch our large 50" Plasma Flat screen TV and cinema surround sound system with DVD Blu-ray player and cable. Our well equipped modern Kitchen with granite counter tops, contains everything from a 4 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer with built in ice-maker and water dispenser, along with other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware to prepare your feast. Leading off from the kitchen is a breakfast area with a table and 6 chairs. From the breakfast area you exit through patio doors which lead to the covered lanai and pool area with lots of patio furniture to soak up the sunshine.

A King size bed, set the tone for this stunningly tropical decorated room. Our master bedroom also boasts a 36 inch TV with cable TV/ DVD player and ceiling fan.

*LAUNDRY ROOM- Equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

*GAMES ROOM- To keep you entertained we converted the garage into a games room. Including pool table, ping pong(table tennis), foosball and a 42" TV with cable and DVD player. We have also included 2 chairs and 2 huge bean bags for your comfort. The floors are also carpeted.
*POOL & SPA- The 50 x 8 lanai offers some welcome shade before leading you to the South facing pool. Here you can relax on the chaise loungers or enjoy a cool drink by the extended 35 x 16 pool. Refresh yourself after a long day at the park in our heated hot tub. Whatever your choice you won't be disappointed.
*MASTER BEDROOM Upstairs #2-A luxurious black and white themed room with a King bed, 32" flat screen TV, cable and DVD Leading from this room is the second master bathroom with granite counter top vanity unit, bath, shower and WC.
*UPSTAIRS BEDROOM #3-Tastefully decorated with an animal theme this bedroom has 1 king bed a 20 inch TV with cable and DVD.
*BEDROOM #4-A tastefully decorated palm themed room with 1 King bed 20 inch TV, cable DVD. BEDROOM# 5-A luxurious art deco themed Queen room with a 20 inch TV, cable and DVD.
*BATHROOM #3-Services bedroom 4 and 5 with a granite counter top vanity unit, bath, shower and WC.
*BEDROOM # 6-An American themed 2 double beds room with 20" TV and cable with DVD player.
*BEDROOM #7-A soothing teal themed king size bed with 20" TV, cable with DVD player
