Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental
Living Area
The villa is fully air conditioned and well furnished throughout. Living accommodation comprises of a lounge area, formal dining area and a kitchen. There is a large corner sofa in the lounge with cable television and telephone (with FREE calls throughout North America) and FREE WiFi high speed internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and all kitchen utensils. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the en-suite has a shower, and hand basin. Bedroom 2 has twin sized beds and bedroom three has twin beds. All bedrooms have cable TV. Linen and towels are supplied.
Bedroom combinations can be changed to:
1 Queen size bedroom, 1 King size bedroom and 1 twin size bedroom
OR
1 Queen size bedroom and 2 King size bedrooms

Driving times to the parks... 25 minutes tops. On the Disney property itself you spend more time on their property then the actual drive home. The kids loved the pool in the backyard, the garage is excellent after grocery shopping. The home is totally worth the money spent and we will tell anyone who will hear it the great time we spent at it! We hated to go home...
