Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental

Beautifully decorated and private accommodations available in this single home overlooking an incredible lake situated in a beautiful residential community, this stunning open tiled floor plan has three bedrooms, two bathroom vacation home with large free form heated pool and Jacuzzi is tastefully furnished. The home is located minutes from Disney and close to other attractions such as Sea World and Universal Studios making this a perfect centrally located vacation home.

This 1700 square foot one level home is a Non-smoking environment that has a Great room plan with a Kitchen, Breakfast nook, Formal Dining room, a large King Master suite with Flat screen LCD TV/DVD and Master bath, a second bedroom with Flat LCD screen TV/DVD and a bedroom with two Themed Twin-size beds and TV/VCR and a second bathroom between the other bedrooms. Outside there is a large south facing pool overlooking the lake with a raised separate spa and plenty of deck area for soaking up the sun. There is also a covered patio from alfesco dining.

Area Information

The community is surrounded by bicycle and walking paths,across the way is a park with golfing and centrally located for easy access to all supermarkets, banks, retail and restaurants.

Dream Vacation

Staying in this home made our vacation a dream come true for me and my family. This beautifully decorated home had everything we needed to make our vacation a once in a lifetime experience. We really enjoyed coming back after a long day at Disney and being able to relax in the spa and pool. We would definately rent this home on a return trip to Florida.

Unbelievably amazing

Well, where do I start. When we arrived we all piled in and were overcome by how huge it was. We kept going from room to room following each other with ooohs and ahhhhs. Our party consisted of two teen girls who choose their bedroom and unpacked (we didn't see them again till we announced the pool) then we also had us two couples. I got the master lol, called that one months before...I was so excited. It was vast with the open size, the walk in master suite with double sinks and deep soaker tub, stand up shower and walk-in closet. I was so giddie. The vaulted ceilings and open concept for the living room and dining room was exceptional. Then the kitchen could accommodate any chef and family. Add to all that was the pool and we had ourselves a home! Also, cannot be excluded is the help from the neighbor caretakers. Anything you needed was done. Example in point was the front outside light which noticed as broken and then fixed in the same day between our the time we left for disney and came back from disney. Wish our caretakers back home worked that way lol. All combined, it was the most of everything and the best of everything, with the nicest of people who will never leave you hanging, even the communication was exceptional and prompt, so satisfying in every aspect. And don't worry, I'm not getting paid for this review, it really is that great, especially if you call the master bedrom as your own lol

Awesome vacation!

This was a great vacation home, it felt like we were at home. Everything it has makes it a great place to stay, I wish we had planned for more time at the house. We will absolutely stay again if we ever go to Florida again. Carlos and Blanca were so nice, it was nice knowing they were right there if we needed anything. My boys, 12 and 6, loved the bedroom for them and of course the pool! Thanks again for the great stay and the welcome gifts!!

Excellent winter

We stayed 3 mths to escape our cold winter at home. Both weather and accommodation were excellent. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed to make it "just like home". We loved dining "al fresco" out by the pool. Carlos & Blanca next door are super nice people!

I recently spent a week at this home with my two young daughters and a friend with her son. It was nice to actually enjoy a vacation and still feel like you are in your home environment. The kids absolutely loved the pool and game room! There was more than enough room for the kids to play! Our vacation was absolutely perfect and I would definitely stay here again rather than in an impersonal hotel. :-)

We had never rented a house for please before. This was our first time and i couldn't have ask for anything better. It was during christmas break and they made it so special for us. When we walk in the had a tree waiting for us with a few little gifts. That was so heart warming.They really go out of their way to make you happy.Waking up and sitting by the beautiful pool while watching the sun rise was so relaxing. We were there with our children, so there was a lot of get up and go. But it was always nice to come home to a house and have a real meal instead of a hotel room and have fast food. The house is perfect for a large group of people. We were 5 and we find that we had lots of place. The house is very cozy and very clean. It's so nice to sleep in a large bed in a private room while you're on vacation. We felt like home the minute we walk thru the door. We liked it so much that everytime we plan on going to Florida ,we will be staying here again. You can ask for anything better. They are the nicest and sweetest person in the world. They will do anything to make you feel so relax. they will even get your food so when you get there you don't need to go shopping. I mean it from the bottom of my heart when i say IT"S THE BEST!!! We are hoping that Christmas 2011 we'll be able to go back.

The house had all we needed. It was clean and spacious. Unlike a rental we had in the past. the caretakers were right next door if we had a problem. The only drawback is the distance from the parks, however the price for a large 3 bedroom with the pool makes it well worth the added distance. Also we don't spend evert day at the parks. We like our down time which the home is great for.

This home was not only beautiful and immaculate,but the owner had decorated the home very nice which added warmth and a "home like" feeling. She also supplied information on every topic that a person could want to know in an organized binder. Wonderful people to deal with, as was the property manager who lived nearby and checked with us to make sure everything was o.k.
