The Perfect Home

We drove down to Florida from New Jersey through the night and 16 hours later we were at this wonderful home. It was a blessing to walk in and feel like we were at home - it was perfect. It was the best location from all of the parks - it was less than 15 minutes and traffic was always great. My husband/son golfed for 2 days and I took advantage of staying at "home" and reading. The home is in a very relaxing, quiet location. The rental was the easiest to rent in 10 years of our family visiting Orlando and renting villas. Mr. Bonser was immediately responsive to my rental request and it was turnkey. We will be back again!

Disney with the grandkids

Our family had a great time. We found the house to be spacious and more than comfortable. Likewise, the property was clean and well maintained. We thoroughly appreciated the included cable and internet access. We were within an easy 15 minute drive to Disney right off of Route 192. There were many choices for dining and shopping close by the house. The grandkids couldn't get enough of the pool and we certainly appreciated the privacy in the back when we were outside by the pool. We appreciated the immediate responses that Graham provided to all of our questions and we certainly would recommend this property to our family or friends. Emblematic of the enjoyable experience was the expression that one of our grandchildren excitedly used when he happily scrambled out of the pool: "I really like this hotel, Grandma!"

Very nice home conveniently located to parks

My kids and I had a wonderful stay at Graham's home. It was conveniently located to the theme parks as well as shopping and restaurants. Although there were only four of us staying at the home, it could easily accommodate up to 8 or 10 people. Owner and management were very easy to work with. Thank you Graham for hosting us.

Great Place to Stay!

We just returned home. The house has everything you need, beds are really comfortable, pool was great too! It was really nice to have a place to come back to that feels like home and not a hotel.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at this villa. Everything we needed was available including important baby necessities like a crib and high chair. The pool was definitely are favorite part and we spent most of our days enjoying it. The major bonus to this house is how close it is to shopping and attractions. The owners were fabulous to deal with and were always available if I had questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

We Loved the house, love the area so close to Disney we were able to leave for lunch and rest during the hottest part of the day then go back. Very easy to find and a wonderful experience. we stayed a full week and had a full schedule. We were able to park our car in the garage and everything you see in the pictures was spot on. We enjoyed our stay so much we did not want to leave. It was a very quiet neighborhood and felt very safe during our stay. What ever you do not shop at the marketplace its very high priced even tho it caters to the vacationer. Publix is a much better option. Owners were very easy to work with and very quick to help you as much as they can, As is there management company that takes care of the place while they are away. Our whole family enjoyed this home and loved the layout and all the space, helped to make our stay so very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again when we come to Florida. We have stayed in the villa on 3 occasions and will certainly be returning. Its superb location to Disney makes it very easy to get to the park early and come home for a break in the afternoon before returning for the 2nd lap. The house and its pool are beautiful. Taylor Family, England

Wow! That was our first impression. What a beautiful house. The pool is secluded because it is fenced on one side and has a lake on the other. Only vegetation and undergrowth are at the back. Great for an all over tan! We shall certainly return and can't recommend the property highly enough. Ed Wallis, Wales.

The first thing that impressed me was the very helpfulness of the owner in answering questions and helping me through the booking process. Then we were gobsmacked on entering the house. How gorgeous. When you go out onto the pool deck it only gets better. The ease with which we were able to get to Disney was fantastic, truly only 10 minutes which meant it was great for a return home for a relaxing swim or simply an air conditioned rest before returning to finish off the park.
