The Bostonian" greets you with fully air-conditioned, luxurious and spacious living from the minute you open the door and step in to the lofted entrance-way. Step through the hallway in to the grand 'grand-parlor' with a spacious family room, sumptuous leather seating, entertainment center with cable TV, DVD Player and VCR. Or fill your evenings with fabulous entertainment by stepping in to the Home Theater - this specially designed Home Theater room, with Dolby 7.1 surround sound and a huge projection system is perfect to enjoy a "night at the movies" together as a family. Want some more fun? Then step in to the games room garage, and enjoy some time playing pool, with arcade-grade Foosball and air-hockey tables, darts, or board games. Or step out on to the extended shaded lanai that leads to the oversize sparkling pool and deck, with a bubbling spa (propane heat extra). Or retire later in the evening to your own decorated room, private TV/DVD combo and perhaps private jacuzzi! 2 in home.

3.2 miles to the entrance to Animal Kingdom, 15 minutes to Downtown Disney in the evening. Located in a beautifully landscaped, gated resort community literally steps away from thousands of restaurants and attractions; outside Disney on the 192 or West Irlo Bronson Highway at Marker 5. A car will be needed as it's a 20 minute walk to the nearest restaurant from the home, but the home is 3.2 miles to the entrance of Disney's Animal Kingdom. Around the corner can be found every type of food: Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Denny's and literally every national food chain one after the other from there. Winn Dixie and Publix grocery stores are very close to the home. Finer dining can be found within the Disney system or as close as Downtown Disney, only 15 minutes from the home.

beautiful home had everything only suggestion would be to have a cordless phone because we were always outside and did not always hear the phone. Would definitely stay again with if we had a large group. If we ever have to scale down to something smaller we will have a hard time after being spoiled with so much space. A wonderful holiday had by all. Thanks again

I was writing to let you know how totally satisfied we were with our rental home through Villa Direct. The check in process was so easy and the location of the home was exactly what we expected. The "BOSTONIAN" did not disappoint in any way. The home is lovely, clean and a wonderful layout. We had a small family reunion (surprise party for grandpa's 70th). Having the downstairs bed room for our older parents was perfect and all the other guests were thrilled with the beautiful bedrooms and adjacent bathrooms. The best parts were of course the POOL and the Media room. Both were perfect spots for multi generational family to relax and play after fun at Disney World. If the need arises again for a rental home in Orlando, we will not hesitate to call VillaDirect and request the "BOSTONIAN".
