With1 bedroom and bathroom located on the ground floor of the home, it is an ideal choice for groups with elderly or less mobile members.
Our aim is to offer you Comfort, Luxury and Relaxation for the perfect break, at a very affordable rate. A quality home with quality service you would expect.
IWelcome to Crescent Lakes House, a 5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom house located in Crescent Lakes. This charming vacation house with 5 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The bedrooms offers a king size bed, queen beds, bunk beds and convertible bed. Master bedroom is equipped with a TV for you and your entertainment. All of the other bedrooms have TV's with built in DVD players in them. The bathrooms are well stocked with all modern amenities. The Master suite has a very large bathroom area complete with His and Hers separate areas! Large shower and garden tub as well!
To meet up your culinary demands, This house do have a full equipped kitchen as well. The living area of our vacation house provides a 52" screen TV, cable TV & DVD player.
Also new washer also a dryer...so pack lightly!
House was purchased and completely renovated with new items, furniture and appliances in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Very comfortable!

Perfect Vacation

We were a little nervous renting a house for the first time, but Marilyn made us feel very comfortable. The management company was very professional. They were in contact with us throughout the process. When we arrived, the house was very clean. It looked just like the photos. There was plenty of room for two families. We used the pool and hot tub every day. Thank you for making our vacation more relaxing then ever!

Rented vacation home was in the perfect location

I rented this 5 bedroom home for 7 days and the house was absolutely beautiful. I was disappointed in the fact that we did not have electricity for one full day due to work that was planned on the house. That day happened to be the day we didn't go to the parks and we were planning in just relaxing at the home but instead had to make plans since we had absolutely no electricity. This was planned and I would have liked to have been told ahead of time and we would have changed our schedule. We also had the water shut off for a period of time because they were changing the water meters. Finally, the grill ran out of propane on the third day we were there. I did not call to see if we could get another propane tank which is what I should have done. Those three things are why I rated this rental home 3 stars. As far as location, I think it was in a perfect place...10 minutes to disney and 15 minutes to Seaworld. Really didn't have to drive far for anything. The house was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. The pool and Jacuzzi were great and we spent alot of time in both. Overall it was a great vacation.

Hi Marilyn, The whole family wanted to let you know that our stay in your beautiful home was like having two vacations. The kids thouroughly enjoyed Disney World (no surprise!!), but they enjoyed the comfort of your home just as much. It was nice coming home for a a nice cool dip in the pool after a long day at the parks. The house is well decorated and you can definitley tell that it was with alot of TLC. House was big and beautiful. Definitely enjoyed the private spa and pool. Was also nice having a BBQ to save some money by not having to eat at restaurants every night.
