FREE pool heat October 1st 2008 unitl May 2009!! location for our homes are prime location. Location is crucial with 192 traffic. Stay under 4 miles and delays will be tolerable. Beautiful contemporary two story home done in pastel and bright colors. To go along with the Florida sunshine. This home boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, loft with settee to enjoy afternoon tea, utility room with washer and dryer,wireless high speed internet, FREE long distance in the US, game room with pool table, air hockey, master bedroom on main floor with bath, garden tub, walk in shower, two sinks, walk in closet and another closet master overlooks pool. Remember most important things to look at when choosing a villa. Location, Location,clean and updated villa. Location is crucial with Disney Traffic. We have found 192 has a bottleneck situation and it can be avoided staying in our home. Also, if you like to have a little cheer we have a pub that is walking distance. This is what you will get in our homes. Nothing but the best for our guests! Compare apples to apples when choosing your villa. A. FREE pool heat until May 1st 2008! This home is less then 3.3 miles from Disney World and a few more miles to Universal, and Seaworld. Other attractions less then 35 miles away Kennedy Space Center, Gatorland, Port Canaveral-Cruise lines-ships, and beaches. If food is your thing you won't be disappointed in all the restaurants surrounding your vacation home. Choosing a vacation home is important but, location is more important. Traffic can be very trying if you choose homes past 5 miles to the theme parks. Traffic jams cut into your precious vacations. We came to visit Disney World and for our whole family (9)to get together. The rental property worked perfect. When we were home the grandkids (4) were either in the pool or game room. They loved it. The bedrooms and living area accommodated everyone comfortably. The Master bedroom/bath area is enormous. The kitchen served us well, cooked in twice. Everything we needed was there. The living rooms gave us plenty of space. Would do it again. There is only one issue I recommend correcting. The sliding door to the pool area may need new rollers, it refuses to slide easily. Other than that, Wonderful!
