Great house, fully equipped with various home ware. If you want to make a meal, has all the necessary equipment and tableware. House with all amenities, clean, crisp bedding complete. Cable TV, wireless internet perfect. Area very quiet, no noise. I recommend.

Not far from all the theme parks, groceries, restaurants, etc... House was nice and clean, pretty well set up. Kids enjoyed the heated pool all week . Would rent this property again and recommend it to friends!

What can I say, the home was everything we had hoped for and more. Everything about the entire experience was outstanding. There was more than enough space for our entire family and everything was as comfy as home. Very clean and bright with practically all new appliances. We could not have asked for more. Check in was as easy as could be. The only downside at all was that we eventually had to say goodbye. We can't wait until our next trip! Thanks Victor!

La casa es hermosa, cómoda, con gran espacio y accesible, si requiere modernizar los televisores. Nuestra única dificultad fue que la calefacción de la piscina la programaron para apagarse a las 8 pm, lo cual era muy temprano y nunca llegó a tener una temperatura agradable. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

Thanks again Victor. We had a lovely time. The home is beautiful, clean, and serene. I highly recommend it and will most likely not bother trying to stay anywhere else next time I visit Orlando. The pool heat wasn't already operating when I got there, but that was easily forgotten.The property manager responds quickly and courteously, gets the job done, then leaves. Just to be fair and offer some advice, upgrading the televisions would add to the overall look and feel of the house, but didn't bother me because we didn't watch much tv anyway. Other than that, there's no reason not to book this home at ANY time of year. Great home. Great host. Easy booking and most bang for your buck. As someone who frequents vacation homes regularly, I must say that I was very pleased to find such a great place at this price. Potential travelers, go ahead and book it! You won't be disappointed. Keep up the good work, Victor!

My family and I were completely amazed by this house. The house is huge and well taken care of. The location was perfect; near to plazas with anything you can imagine and close enough to Universal Studios. Everyone enjoyed the pool (better than expected) and the pool table (a little unbalanced but great entertainment). The price was very affordable for all the things that you get. I would have loved to stay a couple of extra days. Gracias por toda su ayuda Victor y Narciso.

This was a great place to stay with plenty of room. My family enjoy the time there. The location was great for the theme parks at universal studios. There were only two tv in the living area and in the master bedroom, which both need to be updated. We had to get a couple of thing from the loccal store like: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and detergent if your planning on washing your clothes. Other then that this spot will definelty be my top choice for future trips

Nice large home, well worth every dime. I actually would have paid more. We had an issue with the pool and the owner responded and the problem was fixed the same day. We did not visit for Disney, therefore, there was not much to do in the area that was not between 30 minutes to an hour or more away but for Disney this home is in a great location. It was 10 of us and there was not enough cooking utensils. I had to go out and buy a pot so that I wouldn't be cooking all day for the amount of people we had. The home was clean and everything worked great ie. dishwasher, washer and dryer, etc. I think there should be more than two televisions in the home, especially in the rooms designated for children. 7 kids had to share a television in the family room during our stay. We really enjoyed our summer vacation in this home and will definitely rent again. Owner was great at communicating and the home was exactly as pictured but better.

We really like the home we rented. It was a great value and the location was good. We were under the belief that there was two master bedrooms, each having its own bath which was not the case. The T.V.'s need to be updated but all in all we were very please with what we received. The owner and his assistant were easy to work with. We would rent it again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Home had a lot of room to spread out in and was much more comfortable than hotelling it. We travelled with my husband, and my sister, her husband and daughter. Perfect space and location for Disney attractions. Grocery stores are a quick drive so you can eat some meals in and avoid strip mall dining & expense!

My family and I absolutely LOVED this home! We had more than enough room for all of us. It was very beautiful and very large. The pictures don't do it justice actually. We were amazed at how much bigger it was then we thought. The home was very well taken care of (clean, well decorated). It felt just like home. Nothing like a stuffy resort or hotel. It contained everything we needed- extra linens, towels, appliances, dishes, silverware and even a nice grill by the lovely pool. We absolutely intend to stay here again for our next vacation! The owners, as well as the caretaker, were very hospitable and kind. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone seeking a lovely vacation with all the comforts of home. And to make it even better, it was affordable! And we were definitely thankful to have rented it for our vacation. It most definitely beats being in a hotel or resort.

Great value, convenient location

house was clean and roomy with the high ceilings and large gathering spaces. Patio / pool furniture was useful around the pool just for relaxing. Master suite is roomy and wonderful. Tvs are older models but we really didn't go to watch tv. Kitchen was very functional and equipt well enough to prepare a few dine in meals. The couches in the living room area were awfully uncomfortable, the ones in the sitting area/front room were much better, but there was no tv in that area to watch the news and weather each evening. The 2 queen beds were very comfortable and the fans in the bedrooms were useful. The washer / dryer was such a convenience! Don't overpack! If you have a large group you may need some additional silverware as there aren't enough for the amount of people you can sleep. The location was so convenient and is REALLY close to Disney and those attractions. We did not attend those attractions and we were just far enough away to avoid most of the crowds and traffic from them. There is a couple of Walmarts and Publix close and you can find almost any type restaurant nearby. Try Manny's Chop House when you're there, a great meal but call ahead and be there early.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we got in the house, it was a spacious 4 bedroom with a family room, dining, breakfast area, semi-formal living room, game room, and pool with jaccuzzi. We didn't get to use the pool area much since we were out most of the time and we went to Jacksonville beach. The house looked like it was professionally decorated or the owner has good taste. Everything matched. It also has a large TV with surround sound, dvd players & TV's in rooms. Not the latest but still you won't have any shortage in tv's if you want to watch your own show. We cooked in the kitchen, it had a full size refrigerator, the place had a washer & dryer. All in all, it was the best place I've ever stayed in. The place was not a typical rental house, it was classy and comfortable.
