Perfectly situated to close by St. Cloud and downtown Kissimmee with many unique shops, restaurants and attractions.
This villa is perfect for 1 or two families with 2 master bedrooms with ensuites and 2 additional bedrooms each with twins beds and a shared bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV as well as a new 55 " flat screen in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen, plus washer and dryer.
We welcome you to enjoy our luxury villa.

Remington Golfing Community is conveniently situated at the Eastside of Kissimmee Florida.2 minutes from Highway 192 with all it's many stores, restaurants and attactions.
5 minutes from the Florida Turnpike giving easy access to all the Theme Parks, Tourist Attractions, Shopping Malls, Nightlife and Orlando.
St Cloud Marina is situated less than 10 minutes from Remington Golfing Community. Lakefront Park with its modern marina, white sandy beach, two-and-a-half-mile, paved jogging and bicycle path, fishing piers, and lakeside seafood restaurant enjoy the beautiful sunsets and sunrises.
Stroll through Historic St Cloud and take a step back in time. You will enjoy browsing through the unique storefronts featuring antiques, art, specialty boutiques and so much more!
In 10 minutes you can be strolling down brick streets to the restaurants, art galleries and pubs on Dakin Avenue in Historic Downtown Kissimmee. Biking and walking paths interconnect the downtown to the 40 acre Lake-front Park and Lake Tohopekaliga, the third largest lake in Florida Lake Toho, as referred to by the locals, is rich with natural estuaries and wetlands alive with Florida wildlife. Avoiding Michigan Snow

From first step in, felt right at home. Spent six weeks as a "snow bird". Decorated beautifully...hats off to the decorator! Didn't need anything! Plenty of plates, baking pans, utensils, towels. Beds were very comfortable and loved the en suites! If something went wrong, the management company responded immediately. Loved the 52 inch TV in the living room, had to do some set up, but it was great. Internet service easy to use. Didn't use the area in the garage, but for kids may have been a treat for them. Would have rented 2014 for 3 1/2 months, but owner already booked.

We have just returned from our stay in this villa. We had a wonderful holiday and the villa was truly amazing, it is of executive standard with lots of upgrades. It was immaculately clean and well cared for. There were numerous little extras which made us feel we were very welcome guests. The views, wild life and the location are just perfect. All through the process of booking the villa and while we were there the owners were only too willing to ensure everything went smoothly. We hope to stay here again in the future would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to rent a villa.

Great vacation home

we thouroughly enjoyed our week waking up each morning to a beautiful water view and enjoyed seeing various water birds. The house was as advertised and well stocked. we also enjoyed the very clean pool. we truly hated to leave and will return again.

If you are looking for a home in the area, this one has everything you would want including cleanliness, privacy, and a great location so you really should look into this one. This home is about 20- 30 minutes from the Disney attractions, or my favorite, Outlet shopping. Located in a gated community, this home is very well maintained and is equipped to offer privacy to 2 or more couples or families. While relaxing by the pool there is a beautiful lake running behind the house where we were treated with visits from a friendly swan. The interior of the house is delightful , it has a very functional kitchen, large dining room table, and good-size front room with the bedrooms being on the opposite side of each other. Outside there is an alcove if you prefer to sit or eat in the shade, and the pool area is completely covered with a lanai. Each morning we began our day by heading out early for a walk. We walked up to the Club house located on the golf course and enjoyed a coffee while watching the golfers before heading back home. We felt extremely comfortable in this home from the moment we entered the house and throughout our stay. We will certainly be revisiting this property. Keith & Simone (Bedford, Nova Scotia)

Great place , stayed ten nights with my husband and four kids perfect size. Close to all the main attractions, Disney, Universal, Gatorland and great outlet malls. Walmart only minutes away for all your needs. Nice and clean place, great pool with a beautiful backyard view of all sorts of birds coming and going all day. Buffets are a great deals with something for everyone. I would recommend this house to family and friends hope to come back soon!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
