Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental

This beautiful 3 bedroom house has a direct view to the small resort lake.The house is 120 sq.mts/1290 sqft with two floors, pool and terrace. First floor is completely equipped with bathroom, living room, kitchen, wash room which contains washer and dryer. Kitchen is well equipped with dish washer, stove, fridge and a microwave. Second floor has master bedroom with private bathroom and two bedrooms with 2 single beds and one common Bathroom for these two rooms. Wardrobe in each room. Stairs to the Second Floor. Exit to a splash pool at the terrace.
It's possible to heat up the pool for a small fee of $15 a day.

Area Information

The resort to this House is called “ENCANTADA”.
This means that it's a gate guarded closed area.
The Clubhouse area has 3 child friendly swimming pool, playground for smaller kids, computer room, exercise room, restrooms and newly renovated cafe area.

Best home away from

My stay at èncantada resort was the best time ever when we arrived we were greeted with such a warm welcome, we went to our room which had its on unique design of furnishings and the town house was very clean we then looked out our back door to find our own private dipping pool how great is that then as we walked around the grounds we found a large pond in which we was able to fish on and release the fish we caught my son had the best time fishing he caught the biggest large mouth bass I have ever seen, then we swam in the 2 very nice pools they have, they had a great Halloween treat for us we painted pumpkins to take home and later they had a movie for the kids just beautiful and a short walk to our home we were very comfortable in our house and its so close to all the parks it was just great all around 2 thumbs up

We loved this condo. Great location close to all of the parks and perfect for our family of 6. King sized master bedroom with private bathroom w/ walk in shower. Two other bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each and flat screen Tvs plus full bath. Half bath downstairs. Living room had plenty of room w/comfy couches! Having a washer and dryer was so convenient. We will definitely stay again when we travel back to Florida. The food stores were close by and the kitchen had anything you would need except the food!

We had a great Labor Day stay at the Encantada Resort. The property was very clean and well decorated. The location was very conventient to all the park attractions, mall and resturants.
