Southbriar Villa is a Disney vacation rental that is nestled in the popular Indian Creek community, 3 miles from Disney's doorstep in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, elegant Orlando vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 10 guests.

The large, living/dining area is spacious and light, due to the vaulted ceilings and skylights. It has a 50 inch flat screen high-definition TV with enhanced digital cable and DVR. There is also a DVD player with a selection of movies as well as a Wii with a selection of games.

If you need to surf the web during your stay, the owner has provided secured high speed wireless internet access (password is provided to guests) in the home. The owner has also provided free long distance (within the United Sates) calling.

The screened lanai is perfect for relaxing in the solar heated private pool with spa. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switch-able alarms. Both master suites have direct access to the lanai.

Southbriar Villa contains 2 master bedrooms. The first master suite contains a king-size bed, ceiling fan, nightstands with lamps, a clock/radio/alarm, dresser and wall-mounted 32 inch flat screen TV. It’s en-suite facilities include dual sinks, a walk in shower and garden tub.

The second master suite also contains a king-size bed, ceiling fan, nightstands with lamps, a clock/radio/alarm, dresser, flat screen TV with DVD and en-suite facilities.

The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, nightstand with lamp, a clock/radio/alarm, dresser, flat screen TV with DVD and adjoining facilities.

The remaining two Disney-themed bedrooms each contain two twin beds, ceiling fans and nightstands with lamps along with a flat screen tv with DVD player. The shared bathroom is also Disney themed.

The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to provide a family feast to enjoy together either at the dining area off the main family room, or at the breakfast nook or out by the pool.

This Indian Creek vacation home also offers a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. In addition, there is a games room which contains a foosball table, an electronic dartboard, and a pool table which can convert to a ping pong table.

For guests with young children, a high chair and pack & play are also included.

Indian Creek has a plenty of additional community attractions designed for families, which are all FREE for our guests use. Young children will love the tot-lot playgrounds (there's 2 of them), and will spend hours on the climbing frames, swings and equipment. Older kids – and the young at heart – will enjoy playing in the sunshine on the Indian Creek putting green, tennis courts, soccer pitches, baseball nets, and lots of open spaces to enjoy. Just 2 minutes from the entrance, guests will find the famous highway 192 in Kissimmee. Some of the best known restaurants are located at Formosa Gardens, with an Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Giordano's Chicago Pizza restaurant, Carrabba's Italian, Cracker Barrel, Chinese, Subway and Taco Bell takeaways, as well as shops, a Winn Dixie supermarket, and much more.
