Very nice, very clean and quiet appartment and compound. Only reason I don´t give 5 stars is the absence of a telephone ! Will defenitly come back !

I'm a Federal Agent in Washington DC and this is what I needed for a very long time. The location was perfect. It was very close to all the parks. The condo was very confartable and very secure. The pool and jacuzzi where excellent. If you are looking for a place to stay near Disney and all the parks this it.
We stayed here for 10 days and it was a fantastic base for exploring Orlando - a relatively short drive to Walt Disney, Universal etc, with Space Coast very accessible. It was a very pleasant place to relax when not out at the theme parks.
Booking and making arrangements with the property management company was straightforward and they responded promptly to queries. The property was very clean and had all the necessary amenities for a family with young children (washer, dryer, dishwasher) - great when you have arrived after a long flight. The living space is very spacious and the outdoor pool is great (and we were pleased how easy it was to secure it from our wandering toddler) - the three bedrooms are well sized.
Location is right next to a 24 hour Walmart which is very useful. Gate estate is very quiet - only thing to note is how close you have to drive to access code panel to open gate (but you quickly get used to this).
