Couldn't be happier!!!

First of all, I'd like to state that from my first inquiry with Birgit Daniels, I was delighted! Birgit was amazing from start to finish. When we arrived at the house, everything was exactly as we were advised. When I called to advise if our check in the following day, Birgit was extremely kind and prompt in having a brand new hair dryer replace an existing broken one and appeared legitimately grateful for our feedback on a couple of items ie. pool towels, exposed electrical outlets. My only suggestion would be have more toilet paper and paper towels on sight for guests. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. I have and will continue to recommend this home and Birgit in the future to all of my friends and family!

The house was just about perfect. My wife and I both were very pleased with everything about the house. We both said this is exactly like the house we would build or buy for a second home. We had our two grandkids with us for the trip and they loved it also. I loved the gated quite community. If in the future we come back to this part of Florida, I'll surely check to see if this house is available again.

we had a great time. The weather was nice and warm. the house was clean and the pool was wonderful. there where only a couple of small items that would have been use full. like small plates. Ended up buying paper ones, so not a big deal.
