This spacious 2900 square ft newly furnished and air conditioned villa sits in a cul-de-sac lot, it has been tastefully renovated & decorated to feature all your vacation needs. Brand new state of art kitchen appliances, designer dinning room furniture and premium quality bedding/linen ensure you a comfortable stay . Each bedroom features cable TV with built in DVD Player. Access to free Wi-Fi in entire villa , free phone calls to US domestic.

The villa is professionally designed and furnished with two king suits , two queen bed rooms, one full/twin bunk bed , two double twin bedrooms, two folding twin size beds & 4.5 baths . It can accommodate up-to 18 guests & is perfect for multi-family get together or special reunions . Secluded conservation view backyard and pool/Jacuzzi that offers restful nights .

Professionally maintained pool can be heated on request . Screen covered porch is equipped with patio furnishings, child safety fences and separate BBQ area . Game room is completed with well maintained pool table, foosball and card table.

Families with young children can enjoy full size crib , high chair and stroller. We strive to make this wonderful home away home as comfortable and convenient as possible for all guests!

Several local entertaining activities nearby such as helicopter rides , horse back riding , grocery stores and a variety of finest restaurants. For golfers in your party, The Waldrof Astoria Golfs are just at 10 minutes away. Several world famous golf courses designed by the great golfers , are located all within 30 minutes drive i. e. Grand Cypress Club and Orange Lake Country’s Club.

The perfect house for my family with 7 gracefully decorated rooms, a huge kitchen with modern amenities. Touched with a separate game room and large, covered, outdoor pool its the most affordable way to take everyone on vacation! Absolutely fabulous!

We had wonderful time in this beautiful villa, great location between Disney world and universal studio, there is wal mart target outlet mall near by. very clean beautiful house great amenities, we were party of 14 people, enough room of all of us, it was a great vacation we'll never forget, thank you for everything.

Words cannot describe how much I enjoyed this villa. I was astounded by the new furniture, the high-quality technology, and the well-working appliances. My kids loved the pool especially. It actually took me a while to convince them out of it. Also, after a long exhausting day, I really enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi. This vacation house really brought my family together and i thank the friendly owner and the designers for all their hard work. My family and I are definitely going to come back again to this villa when we have time and I greatly advise my friends and relatives to visit someday.

Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.
