Gated community with Playground, Tennis Court, 10 Minutes to Major Disney Theme Parks. The villa is 1.5 mile south of highway 27 and road 192, with quick and easy access to highway 27 and I-4. 25 minutes from Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Sea World, and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
There is a super Walmart just a 2 minute drive away.
Highly furnished property that offers 7 bedrooms along with the double master size suites , 2 King size beds , 2 Queen size beds, 4 Twins beds, a Bunk bed & a Baby Crib . Each bedroom offers towels, linens, blankets and hangers . Some extra towels, blankets and linens are available . Laundry services ( washer and a dryer ) available in utility area on back of garage . Small baby equipments are available , absolutely free of charge .

Gorgeous and simple large home

This home is super comfortable for a large family. We stayed in this house for 4 days and we loved it. Our kids didn't want to come back. It accommodates 14 people without any problems. It has a tennis court and also a playground right on the side of the house. The pool is large enough for the whole family, the spa heater was working, but not the pool's heater. By looking at the house pictures, I though that there was only a charcoal barbecue grill, but when we got there we were so glad that there was also a large gas BBQ grill :) Everything was very clean, neat and freshly painted. It also had everything you needed for a baby or toddler(crib, high chair, stroller). The stroller came very handy since I had forgotten mine. Perfect location, close to the parks and in a very safe community. Highly recommended for a fun family stay. In conclusion everything was excellent :)

Nice and spacious. Has everything you will need so don't bother bringing a lot with you. Park and tennis court practically in back yard. Pool and jacuzzi working and gated. Inside kind of dirty and dusty. Mattresses are not pillow top. Has cable and flat screens throughout. Video surveillance and very secure property. Very quiet!! Had a great time! Beware security deposit is seperate fee. Close to everything.

The house was very nice and big. Ther were a few issues with cleanliness. The carpets were dirty and stained and the house was very dusty especially the plants. The downstairs bathroom needed cleaning, removed shower curtain was very dirty and had to buy a new one. Three dishtowels for 2 weeks is not enough, had to buy some. Aside from that we enjoyed it.

Vacation Home Rentals, thank you very much! The house was awesome! Thank you Mrs. Linda. The whole family had a great time at the house. Everything was nice and clean. We had a small issue with the pool heat, but they took care of it right away. I will be recommending some friends from Texas. The WII, the pool table, air hockey, ping pong, swimming pool, TV's in all the rooms, and the kids playground and tennis court ,everything was great. The whole house is awesome. Thanks again for everything!

To all. I am so glad that I stayed at this home. The house was exactly like the pictures on the WEB. It is a Beautiful, well maintained, clean house and has everything in it that you could possible want in it. It met everyone’s needs in my family, especially the 6 women/girls. My son and I could escape into the garage/game room when needed. It is perfectly located in a quiet gated community away from traffic, and is only minutes away from the attractions, stores and restaurants. The whole family felt like it was their Home away from Home. You won't get this comfort in a resort or hotel. Can't say enough except, I will definitely be back and if you don't choose to stay... Then it opens up more dates for me to choose from. 8 )

We had a WONDERFUL vacation at your home. The house was beautiful, clean and met all of our needs. Thank you Linda for the flowers and card you brought to us on our 33rd wedding anniversary. The gated community was very nice and convenient to everything, we felt very safe. The pictures of your home are very accurate although its even nicer in person. The home owner, Linda was very FAIR and helpful in fixing the few little problems that we incured. We would highly reccommend this home to any one and would return again.

i stayed at this house while we was up in orlando for Halloween Horror night the house was nicely decorated and clean. I really like that the house was right next to the playground we didnt have any kids on this trip but the next trip with the kids I would really consider this house again. Also the property manager came by to make sure everything was ok. Great customer service

I dont know where to start on how great this rental experience was. The home itself is located only a te minute drive to Disney and the area is great. Supermarkets restaurant and everything a family may need is close to this rental. The home is brand new with everything my family needed for a great vacation was found in this rental. CLean ,beautiful home with wifi , games and everything else that I might be forgeting. I highly recomend this for any vacation in Orlando. The Manager was very helpfull and adressed our every problem. All that I wright wont be enough to express how great this rental was. THANK YOU.
