You are booking direct with the owner and will get a first class service in all stages of booking, staying, and leaving our homes. We want you to have the best vacation ever!

Easy to get to from all Florida airports. Daily transport available to all the parks (small cost) if you dont fancy driving to them.

We have a brilliant local 24-hour management company in place for any issues, and our cleaning lady is very thorough. Keyless door entry.

On entering Windsor Palms Florida Resort, all guests are greeted by the splendid Gatehouse offering 24 hour security

Central to the resort is the Clubhouse with a luxurious lounge, games room with pool tables, table tennis and a video games arcade. Business facilities with internet access are also available

The large community swimming pool offers a place for relaxation, a children's area and spa

The convenience store by the pool is an ideal place for purchasing snacks and refreshments. You can also purchase tickets for the shuttle bus to the attractions.

The resort has its own fully equipped gym with changing room and shower facilities

For the energetic guest, the resort offers two tennis courts, a sanded volleyball court and basketball court

Everything we needed

We rented this house for a couple of nights so that we were able to include a visit to 'Islands of Adventure' with the children and visit the new Harry Potter attraction. The house was all we'd hoped for; with even plenty of room for 2 families (9 of us in total). Everything was clean and tidy and the kids loved the hot tub! The only annoying thing was the alarm for the door, but at least it made sure we all closed the door!! Great place, great location - definitely recommended

The patio door open alarm is a legal requirement !! Safety first when water and kids are together!

I wanted to make my son's 5th birthday a great milestone and a first for us to stay in a home versus a hotel. It was a great decision. It was so nice to come "home" to a place that felt like home. And to have the option of making something to eat in the middle of the night. Great money saver to have a kitchen and plenty of space to stretch out. Very relaxing atmosphere yet nicer than the pictures show. The ceilings are vaulted and within minutes of the parks. There is a great clubhouse and store onsite so you don't even have to leave the resort if you just want to hang out for the day or more! Will definitely request a rental again if vacationing in the area! Thank you for making my first home rental a great experience!

The Stay Was Great. Everything You Need Was Provided At The Resort, They Have A Convenient Store For All Your Necesities On Site. The Resort Is Very Close To Disney About 5 Miles Away. Great Access To Restaurants And Gift Shops. Nice Home Environment, Ability To Wash Clothes And Cook. Geat Swim Area. The Condo Was Very Clean Upon Arrival. I Would Recommend This Resort .

Best Holiday Ever!!

Review Rating : 5/5 This townhouse is perfect for a family holiday to Disney. It contained all of the equipment needed for a rental of a few weeks. Lounge/dining area was newly furnished, with comfy sofas, a large flat screen TV and wifi Internet connection. Kitchen area was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The townhouse also contained tennis equipment, beach towels, so no need to fill your suitcases with any of these items. The pool area had plenty of new chairs and sun loungers and the pool is a good size for both swimming and playing around. We used one the tennis court and this was well maintained, but the temperature was too hot for tennis. The biggest advantage of this villa, over others that we have rented in the Orlando area is the location: Disney is a 5minute drive away. The main shops are within 10 minutes drive. All of the usual restaurant chains were within 10-15 minutes drive of the accomodation (Outback, Longhorn, Chilis, Carrabas, Bonefish Grille etc) and there were also some good locally owned restaurants. The best endorsement we can provide for this townhouse is that we have already booked for next year! A truely fantastic place to relax in after a hard day of queues at Disney!
