Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental

Sunny Oak is a very clean and well kept villa located in the peaceful community of Indian Point, only minutes to Disney, with shopping and restaurants just around the corner.

A 4 bedroom 2 bath villa located near Disney with private screened in pool, and spa, the master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom. The second has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for the kids to enjoy a good night's rest, and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed. The living room is spacious with TV, DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an inside utility with a washer and dryer for your use.

This villa near Disney has a two car garage, but the best part of this home is the private screened in pool that can be heated during the winter months or when needed. (There is an extra charge for pool heat)

We also offer wireless internet, free unlimited calling in the USA and Canada and full cable TV for your relaxing moments from the all day fun at Disney's theme parks.

We welcome 5 nights or more reservations, and also one month, or two months stay at a reduced rate.
