Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental

Villa comes along with living space over 2881sq ft, Fully furnished 7 bedrooms and about 5.5 baths with five Master sized suite and an over size porch thru private and highly maintained pool/spa. Our Villa is considered as best villa in complete Emerald Island Resort and definite dream home in spectacular Kissimmee.

Sleeping accommodation at villa includes 4 Master sized suite and the furnished two bedrooms. The Master sized suite on first floor with queen sized bed and another one comes with twin beddings.

Second level features two Master sized suites with queen sized bed and other one with king sized bed. There are two furnished bedrooms upstairs with 2 twin beddings. Additionally, 2 twin size folding bed to accommodate 2 extra guests, a crib and a love seat on floor loft area.

Altogether, the villa accommodate 16 guests easily and one infant. It features large family with professionally designed furnishings, Cabled TV, sumptuous sofa and access to hi speed internet. Open and airy kitchen has been equipped with all basic needs required to cook yummy snacks.
Clubhouse

Located in palms fronds and its owned manicured landscape, the Emerald Island Resort Club offers array of complimentary amenities for guests enjoying vacationing with us. Enjoy toning up the muscles and reduce that extra calories in the fitness area. Around 4000sq ft clubhouse at the Emerald Island Resorts feature easy access to high speed internet with number of computer terminals. Wire less spot and Cyber Café.

Shuttle services available from the club hose to pick guests to theme parks and major attractions of the central Florida (ask on club house reception for more information).

Thanksgiving in Kissimmee

I want to thank Eileen Li and Emerald Isles for providing my family with a wonderful Thanksgiving family vacation. We spent 6 wonderful days in Kissimmee in what we can only say was a dream family vacation. The house was exquisite. We had 13 members of the family there for a Disney vacation and we had plenty of room where we weren't getting in each others way. We used the pool and hot tub almost every night to relax. Disney world was only about 5 miles from the house, and we could be there in 10 minutes. Shopping was close by and we even found a "Dunkin Donuts" to stop on our way to Disney World. I would recommend this house to anyone. The house was clean when we got there, and maintaining the house was very easy. The layout of the house made it very central to family gatherings, and provided privacy where necessary. We definitely got oujr moneys worth and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great House & Great Area!!

The stay was awesome!! The house was vey clean when we arrived and it had everything the description said it would. The many bathrooms and the big rooms made it vey comfortable for us. The pool and outside deck were great and the BBQ made the dinners easy to cook. TV's thru out the house made relaxing during down time very enjoyable. I can't say enough about this place, no complaints whatsoever, Book it and you will Enjoy it!!

We staid 10 days in davenport in sunshine villa and we're very pleased the house was clean the pool perfect in a very quiet area i do recommended to everyone we plan to go back next years and certainly will go back

Great House!

This house is great! Lots of room, well furnished and very comfortable. Our family of 8 went on a family vacation in Florida and wanted plenty of room for everyone. This really fit the bill. With 2 tddlers is was important to have enough room for them to sleep without waking each other. We were able to give them their own rooms. We had other family staying at another resort but were able to visit for dinner and there was room for everyone. Everything was as we were told it would be. There were no surprises. The game room was a great place for the guys and everyone enjoyed the pool. I would suggest that if you rent this property to add heat for the pool. Because of the Florida rains and cooling at night the pool can get really cool. This property allows you to be accessable to any of the parks in just minutes but quiet when you return back at night. Everyone that we talked to was very helpful and easy to work with. Loved this place and would absolutely rent it again.

We just stayed in this incredible house with my whole family. We were 10 adults and 7 children. Everything works perfectly in the house, the villa is very comfortable and everything looks shining! The ubication is wonderful, just a few minutes of Disney, and 5 minutes away you have a supermarket, pharmacys, restaurants. I will recommend this house 100%

Perfect House For Family Vacation

All 16 of us arrived the day after Christmas to find an immaculate, classy decorated, very well located house where we could all be together to talk or to eat. The kitchen was ready for meal preparation. The seven bedrooms worked fine ane there were well located bathrooms for all our needs. Emerald Island is a fine upscale community.
