This beautiful, five bedroom, three and a half bath, 2,600 square foot home at Sunset Lakes is situated in a secure gated community on the banks of a natural lake. Sunset Lakes has a large community pool, a children’s play area and is designed around two well stocked fishing lakes. We are only four miles from Disney and approximately 10-15 minutes from the many other attractions this area has to offer. Restaurants and shops are only a two minute drive away.

The villa has a large family room with Cable TV and DVD, a beautiful full size pool table and air hockey game. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, sink disposal and a large fridge/freezer with icemaker. There are full laundry facilities with a washer and dryer and all rooms are fully heated/air-conditioned for year round comfort.

The private pool overlooks the lake and comes complete with plenty of comfortable poolside furniture, a gas barbecue (grill), and outdoor lighting. There is also a large covered lanai with ceiling fan and light to enable you to dine or just to offer some shade from the Florida sunshine.
The Villa has 2 master suites, both with king size beds and full bathrooms. There are 3 other bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other 2 with twin beds. There is also a pull-out sofa bed for additional guests. The Villa easily accommodates 12 which is ideal for sharing with your family and/or friends.
