Fantastic property

Stayed at this very well kept home early in the week (Sun thru Thur) in Feb so that we could take the kids to Disney. Our stay was exceptional in that the home was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for comfort. It's very close to the parks (Magic Kingdom maybe 10 total minutes door to door) and I'd recommend this place to any of my friends who were traveling to Orlando for a visit.

Best Home we have rented in the area!
November 1, 2012
Parents and two sets of grand parents followed the little princess around Disney World for 4 days. The location of the home was within 10 minutes of the park entrance. It was great to take a break mid day for a rest or swim and then return to the parks for the fireworks. We have been to Disney World a number of times in the past and this is by far the best place we have rented. The location on a quiet street is great and the drive to the park is very direct and not very crowded considering all the folks visiting the park. The pool offered a great place to relax after walking all day. The garage has been transformed into a rec room with pool table and air hockey so there was always plenty to do when we were not at the park. We all would recommend this home as a great base of operations for any family planning to spend a number of days in the area.

Our Vacation Home was Wonderful

Thank you for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Our vacation home was perfect for us. Located just minutes from major Florida attractions but placed in a very quiet area. The gated community gave me peace of mind. My sons loved the screened pool and I loved that we each had our own space and it didn’t break my bank. The house was absolutely beautiful, big and spacious allowing privacy and comfort. After a long day at the parks it was nice to relax around the pool and spend quality time as a family. I can say with certainty that for our family of four it was absolutely perfect.

We had an excellent weeks vacation spent at this very nice home. The house was very clean and spacious enough for our family of 5. A Magical Experience
July 4, 2012
After flight cancellations in Boston and hurricane Debbie hitting Orlando I thought I would never arrive at the villa. Edith accomodated changes to my itinerary twice and was calm and reassuring throughout the process. She was a pleasure to deal with. When we finally arrived at our destination we were so excited . . . the villa was exceptional. In the morning it was difficult to get my family up and out to the parks because they were so comfortable in their private bedrooms. Disney is only minutes away as are outlet stores, restaurants and grocery stores. After a long day of park hopping we enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool and then watched "Jimmy Kimmel" on the 50 inch HD tv. My family did not want to leave and we are looking forward to our next stay.

Feels like home...

we had a great stay in this house. It is very close to Disney parks, restaurants and grocery. We can go home and chill out in the pool after a long hot day and come back to the park for the fireworks. We had everything we needed in the house. Edith, the owner was easy to deal with and very helpful in making our vacation fun. There was no problem getting in the house after our long road trip, the electronic door was hassle free. We loved it there and we will definitely rent this house again if we plan on the next trip in Florida....Thanks again....
