Situated about 20 minutes outside of Haines City on the back roads to Poinciana and Kissimmee, this individually fur-nished and decorated two storey home offers spacious rooms and high quality appliances. From the fully fenced back yard, with its Florida landscaping giving shade through the heat of the day, to the black quartz surface of the screened swimming pool, privacy and relaxation is the bonus for those staying here for their vacation.
French windows open from the pool deck to the family lounge, with is butter soft leather furniture and flat screen TV , and the large open plan kitchen with its top of the line appliances and granite counters.
Any cook would enjoy preparing and cooking a meal in this kitchen, and to sit with the family at either the breakfast table or in the formal dining room to enjoy the fruits of their labour.
From the formal dining room, replete with good food, the guest can relax in the second lounge – sitting deep into the soft leather of the sofas and chairs of this room facing the front of the house.
Stairs lead from the entrance hallway to the second floor , where a spacious master bedroom and two further bedrooms can be found. Not only does the master bedroom have an en-suite bathroom, it also has a dressing room with a sleeper sofa that could be used for children who don’t want their own bedroom.
A full size bedroom with bathroom and a twin room and bathroom complete the bedrooms; although officially sleeping 6 people, this house can accommodate 8 guests by using the dressing room and sleeper sofa. The upstairs gallery is for personal games consoles or laptops using the available wi-fi access. This is a home for a discerning guest who wants to relax away from work in an idyllic situation where privacy and luxury are a prime requirement.
