Game room with TV/DVD, pool table, foosball and board games. Sports equipment available for use in the park out your back door. You have basketball, tennis, putting green and playground available in the park. In addition to being minutes from Disney, this home provides quick and easy access to the main highways leading to all of central Florida's attractions. Conveniently located within one mile, you will find grocery stores, 24 hour Walgreens Pharmacy, along with many popular restaurants such as Outback, Red Lobster, Giordannos Pizza, etc.

It is the perfect location!! It is in a lovely neighborhood. There is a community park directly behind the house with tennis courts, basketball hoops, a small putting green and a playground area for the little ones.
It is only 3.5 miles from Disney, 5 minutes to some great restaurants, shopping and 15 minutes to Universal, Sea World and golfing!! We are approximately 45 minutes to the beach!! You cannot go wrong with this perfect location!!!
