Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental

Our recenty purchased villa is located at the sought after resort community of Solana about 8 miles to Disney.

A long day at the parks left you feel tired? The spacious, open layout of the vaulted ceiling family room allows you to relax with a large group of family, friends and guests without ever feeling cramped. And entertainment will never be a problem during your stay here, with a large flat HDTV and a well equipped game room that offers loads of fun for adults and children alike.

Time to start preparing for dinner? Cooking up something special in the well equipped kitchen of your vacation 'home away from home' will be easy. Everything that you need is on hand, including a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishware.

Do not feel like staying inside? Stepping out of the sliding door you will find a large covered lanai with plenty of pool side chairs and loungers. Take a dip in the huge private screened heated pool or indulge in the soothing SPA. But you might not be able to stay in the water for long as the mouth watering aroma of what's cooking on the grill will entice you come out and enjoy dining outside on the patio while watching the gorgeous Florida sunet.

Want to spend sometime outside the villa? The fabourous 4000 sq ft clubhouse with its resort size heated pool and spais just a walking distance away. Surrounded by palm trees the pool area is a true oasis in the heart of Florida. The large colourful deck area has ample loungers and is perfect for unwinding in the Florida sunshine. If you have children and want to take a little break from the sun there are cabanas to give a little shade. You can take a dip in the inviting blue waters of the pool to cool off, or why not relax in the spa with a nice cold drink?

Time to get out the resort and have tons of fun in the attractions? Solana Resort is ideally suited for all the Central Florida attractions. It is only 15 minutes from Disney and close to all the other theme Parks - Universal, Seaworld, Wet 'n Wild. Situated just off one of the areas fastest developing roads (Hwy 27, between the 192 and I-4) getting to anywhere in the Central Florida area is a breeze. It also means that you are close to some the areas best Golf Courses if you are intending a golf vacation.

Our primary goal is for every guest to have an enjoyable stay at our villa. To that end, we offer a highly recommended management company that is based locally and available 24/7 to ensure our guests' needs are taken care of.

Please be advised that no RVs, boats, or buses are allowed to park in any of the resorts where we have houses

This was a great vacation rental for my family which included a combination of adults, children and grandchildren. It was clean with spacious bedrooms and looked just like the pictures. We were four families who stayed in this house for 2 whole weeks and really enjoyed it. It was perfect for all of us. The location was good and the club house staff was friendly and helpful. We never had a problem in booking, payment and check-in/check-out.
We would definitely stay at your house the next time we are in Orlando, hopefully it is not rented.

Four master bedroom suites really made traveling with older children a pleasure. Having a functional two car garage was awesome to keep the cars out of the heat. So many rentals we've stayed in convert the garage to a game room and the cars sit outside in the sun. This house is spacious enough to still have a game room while keeping the garage usable. This house is well appointed and has lots of space.

The association was very welcoming to rental guests and really made us feel like it was our place. Though the house has its own pool and spa, the younger kids enjoyed going up to the clubhouse to play and participate in activities.

Travel to Disney and OCCC was easy. Everything is close. There is a major shopping center 4 miles away and the big chain stores like Lowes and Wal-Mart are just up the road.

The owner is very easy to deal with and responsive to all communications. I'd rent this house and from this owner anytime I'm in the Orlando area.
