Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental

Villa in Kissimmee Area, Orlando / Disney Area, Florida: Our beautiful home is situated on Cavendish Drive in Lindfields, a quiet, prestigious development just 5 miles from Disney's main gate. Supermarkets and restaurants are within 2 miles. We have tried to provide everything possible for your comfort during your stay including Cable TV, DVD and VCR. The villa has a good inventory for the kitchen, also crockery and glassware. Bed linen and towels. The villa is fully air conditioned. We are much closer to Disney than many of the areas such as those on the I 27. Why spend precious time on a long tiring journey from the parks. Our home allows you to come home mid-day and have a rest and a swim and return refreshed, as we are so close to Disney. You may save a few pounds on the rental but waste your vacation time and become tired and frustrated, especially with young children. We are also only about 2 miles from Orange Lake Golf Course.

Spacious single storey home located in the popular community of Lindfields. The highway 192, with it's miles of shops, restaurants and attractions are just minutes away.
Offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home is perfect for your family vacation in the Sunshine capital of the world.
This home offers a living area with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD, and large dining set.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances:- range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc.
A washer, dryer and ironing facilities are also provided for all your laundry.
The Master suite has a King bed, TV, plus private bathroom facilities.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, TV, closet
Bedroom 3 has 2 x twin beds, TV, closet
Bedroom 4 has 2 x twin beds and closet.

Outside, the sparkling private pool and deck is fenced on 2 sides offering privacy to it ''''''s guests. A patio set and loungers may be used for outside dining and relaxation. The villa was great. It was well maintained and beautiful. The pool and hot tub really made the stay even nicer.The location was perfect to all the Orlando attractions. We will certainly go back next year.

Review by:- Steve, Debbie, Andy, Kellie and Amy Richardson This is the third time we have been to Florida and we have already booked again for 2007, we have stayed on Lindfields each time, this is a modern quiet residential estate, with top quality properties. We found Rons villa to be furnished to a high standard very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Management company were excellent any problems were sorted straight away. We would have no problem in recommending this property to anyone. We have infact booked Rons villa again for July 2007. We've found the jacuzzi a nice way of relaxing after a hard day walking around the wonderful parks.
