Our villa has a host of luxury amenities not found in regular vacation home communities, such as:

As our guest, you and your family have automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities, which include:

Our villa is designated a non-smoking property.

Just off the 192 (between mile markers 4 & 5), the villa is approximately 10 minutes from Disney and close to all other major attractions. Golf, shopping and restaurants are all within easy reach.
Orlando International airport is a short 25 minute drive.

Originally we did not book this property but we did end up here. It is an excellent property especially when travelling with children and disabled people.The spaciousness of the house was wonderfull and the pool was especially handy for late night swims after visiting the parks all day. Also having 3 bathrooms came in very handy when getting ready to go out. We would definitly book this property for our next trip to Florida
We recently returned from a weeks stay [ Aug 2-9 ] at Minnie. The home was everything we expected very clean and tastefully decorated. After a trip to the nearby Super Walmart for groceries, etc. we were on vacation. The pool was just right and the hot tub perfect. I knew we had made a good choice when my children [ ages 13, 18. 22 ] suggested we leave Disney after 4 hours to go back to the house to swim and soak. Anyone considering a vacation home convienent to eateries, shopping, and of course the parks need not look further.

I've been meaning to write to tell you that your villa was absolutely amazing! I've stayed in rental homes/townhouses before that seemed like cheap apartments. So we were very pleasantly surprised to walk into your wonderful home, with beautiful furniture and decor, lovely placesettings on the tables, even the dishtowel folded like a swan. It was like a 5 star resort. :) It was great to be able to stay together with our friends' family, too, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved the heated pool on the cool evenings and it was also convenient to DisneyWorld. You, your management company, and cleaning crew do a great job at providing very comfortable accommodations at a reasonable cost. We will definitely contact you in the future if we ever travel to the Orlando area again and would be happy to provide a recommendation to any potential guests.
