The family room is equipped with 2 large durapella sofas, 60'' large screen TV, DVD/VCR player, home theater system & wireless internet.
Game room (converted garage) contains an 8-ft pool table, 8-ft ping-pong table, darts, TV & PS2 with games. In mid August we will be adding a full size video arcade gaming system.
The homes amazing southeast-facing views can be enjoyed from the extended deck with plenty of loungers for sun worshippers and swimming pool allowing lots of privacy (no overlooking pools). In mid August we will be adding an in-ground spa on the pool deck.
Lounge at the pool with frozen drinks made from our frozen margarita/drink maker. To ensure the safety of our youngest guests there is a safety fence around the pool.
Cook indoors or outdoors on our huge stainless steel gas barbecue grill.

This year my family rented King Louie's Palace in Florida for our yearly vacation. Our party consisted of 15 people, ranging in age from 76 to 1. Our accomodations are very important to us since we have such a large group. This rental property exceeded our expectations. It was spacious enough to accomodate us and the game room had something for all ages. The house was luxuriously decorated and the beds was the most comfortable I've ever slept in.
We enjoyed the private pool and I cannot speak highly enough about the community. Not only was it beautiful, but it was so tranquil. Walking around the lake was something my mother and I thoroughly enjoyed. Groceries and other needs was also in walking distance. Everyone enjoyed this vacation so much that we have decided to do Florida again in 2010 and you can bet that we will make our reservations for the King Louie. I recommend this property to any family looking for the perfect home away from home. You will not regret it.
We recently stayed at King Louie's Palace in Kissimmee, Florida for our Family Reunion and we had a blast. It was an awesome experience. The house was comfortable and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. We were in close proximity to everything. Shopping, grocery stores and disney attractions. We had lots to do and plenty of room. We even got a chance to meet some of our neighbors and we met another family from St. Croix, USVI that were a few doors down from us. They were arriving when we were leaving. This was our first experience renting a vacation home and this is definately the way to go when you plan to take a vacation. The owner was very accomadating and friendly. She made us comfortable and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. I recommed this to any family planning a vacation, reunion or any type of getaway.We had people from Delco, NC, Tampa, FL and St. Croix USVI. We will definately do this again. It will be an experience we will never forget.

A total of 3 families, 12 people, stayed at this home for 7 days. It was wonderful! The family room was big enough for everyone, and so was the kitchen. With plenty of bedrooms, lodging was not a problem. We had plenty of dishes, towels, and the house was close to all amenities, and the house was very clean upon our arrival. Disney was only 10 mins away. It was a wonderful experience, and would recommend it to anyone looking at this property.

I'd like to mention that our stay at Aladdin's Castle/King Louie's Palace was wonderful. I like the fact that it was close to all the restaurants and shopping areas. It was also convenient that Wal Mart was just around the corner. We never had a problem finding our way from there because of the convenience. Aladdin's Castle was a beautiful home and was equipped with more than what we needed, which is not something every one offers. The rooms were spacious and everything was clean, organized and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend anyone staying at Aladdin's Castle. I know I would go back. I also want to mention that the Owners were very helpful and available for anything that was needed. I enjoyed the few times I got to speak to them.
I just wanted to say that our family reunion was a great experience and the house had a lot to do with that. Thanks a lot for everything. You gained 13 new clients and I am sure we will be back again.
I was a little concerned about renting a house online for my February Disney Vacation with my extended family. Aladdin's Castle/King Louie's Palace was beautiful and huge. It was exactly as it was described and even nicer then the pictures and the location was ggreaat!!! It was conveniently located to everything. I would not hesitate to stay at one of these terrific properties again. The pool was also great! We spent a whole day just relaxing around the house. Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay. It turned out to be one of the best decisions We've ever made.
Aladdin's Castle/King Louie's Palace was awesome!!! My extended family spent Christmas in Florida and it was the best vacation ever. We loved all the privacy the pool had to offer and the weather was great. The house had everything you could ever need or want. All the upgraded furnishings made it feel better than home. The house provided enough entertainment with the Large Screen TV with home theater system and the Game Room that we enjoyed our time not spent at the parks. The house was centrally located to all the attractions. It was also nice having a Wal-Mart right down the street for those last minute necessities. We will definitely be coming back to stay again. It was great to leave home for the holidays and still feel right at home. Thanks Mary Ann for a fantastic home for the holidays.
