FREE pool heat from October 1st 2008 until May 1st 2009!Beautifully, interior decorated Florida home. This home is top of the line from maple hardwood floors to tile in wet areas. Home has breathtaking views of conservation and golf course. You will have complete privacy in your oversized pool with lanai. This home has every upgrade you can imagine. You will love the open split floor plan. Master bedroom location gives complete privacy. This home has three entrances to pool area. Master has sliding glass door, living room entrance and a bathroom to enter after swimming. You will never be bored with this home. Art work is from classic to whimsical. Kitchen is a chef's dream. Every gadget you can imagine, is waiting for your culinary skills. Home boasts skylights, cathedral ceilings, walk in closet, garden tub, walk in shower, Persian rugs, three sliding glass doors, breezway, custom landscaping, high speed internet, free long distance in the US, Puerto Rico, Canada, cable tv's in all rooms,and so much more. No back door neighbors beautiful setting. You will see hot air balloons from your private pool. Have your camera ready to see wild birds, sunrise, air balloons, and fireworks. • Other Fees: Housekeeping fee for visits less then 7 days of $55. FREE pool heat from October 2007 until May 1st 2008. POOL HEAT IN SUMMER MONTHS price is $18. A DAy AND MUST BE TURNED ON FOR AT LEAST 4 DAYS. For one week in the summer months $110. for pool heat.

We could not have been any happier! The house is just as the pictures show. It is very clean and the supplies were perfect. After long days at the parks it was a pleasure to come back to and relax. The size was perfect for our family of 4. We could not imagine vacationing any other way after this. Paula was great to work with!
