Large, private backyard with NO rear neighbors! NOT a condo! Game Room, WIFI, Private Pool, Four bedrooms, Two baths, More! Private backyard with no walking path like most homes in the developments near Disney gives you peace, quite, and privacy.

Pool and Patio Area:
A large screened patio encloses the pool and tropical landscaping.
Private, quiet setting with no rear neighbors.
The pool is surrounded by a large patio with several lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun, and a patio table with seating in the shade.
A variety of lighting choices, from subtle to bright, enhance any mood or occasion after a beautiful Florida sunset.

Backyard:
There is a large private backyard behind the pool/patio area.
Just outside the screened patio is a barbecue grill and patio.

Game Room:
Futon and additional seating.
Large 55” flat screen TV.
Blu- Ray / DVD / CD Player.
Home theater sound system with iPod/MP3 player input.
Large selection of DVDs.
Wii Game System with selection of games.
Pool table.

Four Comfortable Bedrooms:

Second bedroom features a Queen size bed, 32” flat screen TV with Blu-Ray / DVD / CD Player.
Third bedroom features two twin beds, 22” flat screen TV with Blu-Ray / DVD / CD Player.
Fourth bedroom features two twin beds, 22” flat screen TV with Blu-Ray / DVD / CD Player.

Two full baths:
En-suite bathroom with dual sinks, shower and closet. Private entrance to the pool area.
Second guest bath with shower.

Family Room:
Open and airy design with a sofa and loveseat.
Large 55” flat screen TV.
Blu-Ray / DVD/ CD Player.
Home theater sound system with iPod/MP3 player input.
Computer with high speed internet.
Another set of sliding glass doors overlooks the pool.

Eat-In Kitchen:
Table and chairs for a meal or family gathering.
Large sliding glass doors afford a view of the pool.
Completely equipped – including appliances, pots, pans, dishes – everything you need.
Great way to save time and money by having breakfast at home before going to the parks!
Stay in and spend time together for dinner while preparing a meal at home.

Area Information

This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds, yet only 3 miles to World Drive leading to ALL Walt Disney World Parks.

The home sits on a pie-shaped lot with no rear neighbors, which is one of the reasons we bought the property. I hate sitting by a pool and having people walk by on jogging paths, or even just seeing my neighbor’s windows. We used to rent in this area prior to buying this home in May 2012 and have experienced just that with other rental homes. You’ll enjoy being able to relax – alone!

Great Time!

We had a great time at the house. Just a ten minutes drive to Disney world as promised and a few minutes drive to many restaurants and a supermarket. The house was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The game room was an awesome addition with lots of games and movies to keep the kids happy. They liked it so much, they didn't want to leave. The owner was very helpful with every question answered quickly. We definitely recommend it!

My stay was terrific and comfortable!
The house is beautiful and has "top of the line" amenities. The furnishings were comfortable (television in each room, plenty of seating, nice linens, etc) and well maintained. When staying with a group, the size of the house and set-up affords privacy. The best part was the pool! The pool water was clean and always warm. The patio seating area is comfortable for dining and conversation. An added bonus was the location (easy to get to shopping, dining and attractions).

Terrific Rental Experience!
This house has plenty of space, extensive amenities, and an awesome pool! The backyard is private, so it was a real pleasure to relax in the pool after a busy day (or before!) Every bedroom has its own TV and DVD, which was a real bonus. The game room is amazing- don't miss it!
