The home has been very tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standard and has top quality furniture, decor and fittings throughout the home.

You cannot fail to be impressed as you enter this fantastic home when you will see the genuine hardwood flooring that flows through from the villa entry and formal living and dining areas right through the family room, breakfast nook and kitchen areas.

The first room in the home is the formal living room which is very tastefully furnished with large sofas, tables and lamps. A perfect spot for some relaxation and a quiet read while the rest of your family enjoy the other amenities of this wonderful Disney area home.

Next comes the modern and contemporary dining area which has 2 separate dining tables and seating for family dining.

At the rear of the home is the huge gourmet family kitchen which has an abundance of storage space, dark wood cabinetry, granite counter tops and a center island.

The kitchen appliances are high end stainless steel quality units. There is a stove, dishwasher, waste disposal, large fridge/freezer with ice maker and chilled water dispenser, large microwave. There is also a double station coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle and all the pots and pans, silverware, glassware, crockery and plastic ware that you will need to prepare simple family snacks right up to full blown family feasts! Adjoining the kitchen is a further dining area in the breakfast nook with a view of your own private pool deck area from here.

Adjacent to this area is the villas family room with large flat screen HDTV with surround sound and DVD player. There is also a stereo and I-pod docking station if music is your thing!

There is a large ceiling fan in this area to add to your comfort and compliment the full air conditioning that the home enjoys.

Lets go take a look outside at your own private swimming pool area. This area has a Southerly aspect so is perfect for all you sun lovers! The area offers a large lanai (under cover) area with 2 fans for a welcoming breeze. Just perfect for a little respite from the warm Florida sun. There is ample patio furniture, chair, tables, sun loungers and even your very own poolside bar!

Little ones in your party are safe out here as there is a safety fence to keep them away from the water. This can be easily removed for adult groups.

The whole pool deck area is enclosed in a screened area to help keep out the bugs but still lets the sun shine through.
