The house was very spacious and accomodating, clean and well kept. Everything we needed was available. The neighborhood was very nice and only 15 minutes away from the Disney parks. The children enjoyed the decorated room and the game tables.

2 adults, 2 kids stayed for 2 weeks. Villa was spacious and well equipped. Pool size was fine and with hot tub, well-maintained. Pleasant outlook over lake. Main road on far side of lake was unobtrusive. Good location for restaurants, theme parks etc.

This house was simply a wonderful place to stay. I brought my family with me for the weekend and we felt very much at home. The game room was wonderful, the pool was spendid, and the full kitchen gave us plenty of room to cook when we wanted to. I'll definitely be using you guys again and look forward to staying at this property the next time I come to Orlando.

My family spent a few days in Disney. This house made the stay very enjoyable. The house was comfortable and had everything needed for comfort. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The house was clean. With last minute planning accomadations were needed quickly and this was also met.

this was our second stay at this home and have nothing but great things to say. The house is so close to Disney and it's clean and well equipped. Loved the privacy with the lake behind the home. The only concern we had was using the alarm system with our dog, we were unsure how to disable the motion sensors so we were unable to set the alarm when we left. Also, if you rent the house do not shop at the Marketplace up the street off formosa gardend blvd! There is a walmart and a publix just up the road on 192, the marketplace was VERY EXPENSIVE!!

We stayed at this property for 9 days. It was clean, comfortable and very cozy. It's within a mile of restaraunts, within 2 miles of Disney. Yet, it's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The beds were comfortable. What else can I say? We plan on staying here again next year.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this vacation home. The pool area in the lanai was the most used area. This house was close enough to Disney that we came back for the afternoons to have appetizers, recharge our batteries (kids too) and then returned to Disney around supper time close down the park. The house was well equipped, very clean and very spacious. The 3 bathrooms were very clean and ultra modern. We will definately try to stay here on our return trip. It was that good.

Our vacation home was great. It was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed everything. The pool was nice and clean and enjoyable. The location is great. I can't forget the big catfish that my son caught. He was excited. We would definetly recommend this vacation spot to others.

the house was okay, the pool was dirty when we first arrived but was corrected right away, internet was very hard to connect to and in a very inconvineint location, wires strung across the living room floor. not worth the 3.00 day charge. the patio door NEEDS REPLACING!!!! THE OVEN DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY, FROZEN PIZZA TOOK HOUR TO COOK AND WE HAD TO BROIL IT TO GET THAT DONE. Beds were comfortable. air conditioning was weak but we survived. pool was small. i would not stay there again.

The home was so beautiful and spacious. The amenities they provide was everything that my family needed. Cable TV, wireless internet and swimming pool kept my kids entertained at night, while me and my wife could plan out the fine details of the next day. The feel of the place really made us feel right at home. The place was 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do, including Disney. Thank you for the wonderful home for me and my family's vacation.

We had an excellent vacation. The villa was incredibly close to the parks as well as all the restaurants and shopping. The house had all the amenities, was clean and quite large and the pool was awesome. Ony issue we had was that the pool heat wasn't turned on the day we arrived and it took two days (after the called Mark, the pool maintenance man) before the pool heated up warm enough to get into it. However, we really enjoyed our stay and would love the opportunity to come back again.

Let me first preference my comments by saying this was not my first vacation rental home. The home I rented in Rollings Hills was very nice and spacious. The decor was very well done. I had a major problem with the condition of the living room leather furniture. I had the exact same living room suite until I passed it on to my son a year and a half ago. I can assure you mine was not in the condition of the one we encountered on this past Friday. Before, I sat on it or allowed my family to sit on it, I had to cover it with towels. That furniture should be decarded or reupholstered. I feels this reflects poorly on the property managers, if you don't have a way to know the condition of the furniture that is in the homes you rent. If I wanted to rent another vacation home from your company, I would have some real concerns about what I might find as a result of this one experience. I also did not know that I would not have access to use the garage to park my car.

Over all, the house was clean and accomidating. The remote control was nowhere to be found for both the family room TV and the bunk bed room TV. The pool toys had mildew on them (we did bring our own also, so not too big of a deal). The wallpaper in the dining area was pealing from the wall. The house served our purpose fine and we would consider staying again.

The home was all that it claimed to be. Great location. Only a few minutes drive to many locations. Very close to grocery stores. The yard was great for pets or small children.Next visit to Fla. -will try to rent this place again.This house was nice & clean.Just not sure how all the electric timers worked on the outside pool lights. Went on/off at strange times as well as the outdoor sprinklers.We didn't get to use the pool-we're too busy.Wireless internet would have been better as we had to sit in one area to use our laptop.Wireless would have been more convenient. Otherwise, no real complaints-just suggestions.Thanks for a nice stay. Highly recommend.

This was my first rental house and it wasn't that great. It was very dusty. There were ants and roaches everywhere, of course they came out at night. A few of the batteries died and we had to replace them. I feel that the people who own this place aren't around to see the job that the people who maintain this place do. The fan in the living room had about 2 inches of dust and all the fake plants did too. The children's room had a face plate missing on an electrical socket, which is dangerous if we had kids with us. There was sand in the hot tub and the pool. Again ants everywhere in the pool area.Karen the lady I booked with was very nice. I just wish the house had been bug free and cleaner....

Our time there was absolutely wonderful. the atmosphere, the neighborhood and of course our house. For 4 girls to run away from the winter, family and work we could not have asked for a better time. Weather was perfect in high 80's during the day and mid 60's at night. Access to shopping, attractions, the market, etc was very easy to navigate to. AS we were there we already planned our second vaction for next year and plan to make it a yearly adventure. I will also be returning this summer and again in winter with the family so they too can enjoy the area.

We had a great time with our friends (in totall 12) in the villa. We were together in the early morning (some wake up at 4.30 am). During the day we split and then during the evening we came together in the villa again. We were with a big group and it was also possible to do something on your own, because of the space. It was really really great. Everyting you need was in the house. A few of us catched a fish. We showed the picutres of the villa and a lots of people say: well, this is something for us too. We will tell everyone that it is a great experience and very convient to rent a villa like this one. So next time, we will do the same!

The home was spacious, clean and stocked with everything you could want or need. The pool was wonderful and warm. We were less than 10 minutes from Disney, which was great after a long day. The owner and management company did everything to make our vacation the best ever and it sure was!!!!!!

We showed up 3:00am in the morning the property was easy to find and in a very nice neighborhood. My kids wanted to stay home and not go to Disney on several days. The pool and hot tub were so nice after long days at Disney. I will stay at this property on my next trip, it left like a home away from home. We had a small issue with the washing machine one day I called the number provided and with 12 hours someone was there and fixed the problem. I cannot say enough, lots of room and excellent location. All the popular restaurants within a couple of minutes and if you wanted to cook yourself everything you need was there. I was uncertain about renting but after our trip is all said and done I would not do Florida and Disney any other way.

We were very pleased with the house we stayed in. I was kind of disappointed in the lack of supplies. We did not have enough dishsoap, trash bags, toilet paper and there was no detergent to do the towels and bedding. The house is a good location to the parks.

A Real Treat!

Truly one of the nicest houses in the neighborhood, with plenty of space to relax. The pool and privacy of the back yard was the best all around. With the exception of the A/C which struggled to keep the house cool, everything was wonderful and the one time we had a problem with the battery in the fire alarm beeping and one of the boys locking both doors on the bathroom, they had a maintenance guy out there right away to take care of the concerns. I would highly recommend this home and hope to return soon myself. It was as close to Disney as you can get without really being on Disney property and within a mile of what we referred to as "restaurant row". Truly a delight!
