Rolling Hills 4/3, private pool Hot Tub and Games (#718)

Write a review We were very pleased with our stay. The house was located near all attractions. We enjoyed the space this residence had to offer and the layout was perfect! We greatly enjoyed our stay in this vacation home. The pool area in the lanai was the most used area. This house was close enough to Disney that we came back for the afternoons to have appetizers, recharge our batteries (kids too) and then returned to Disney around supper time close down the park. The house was well equipped, very clean and very spacious. The 3 bathrooms were very clean and ultra modern. We will definately try to stay here on our return trip. It was that good. Our vacation home was great. It was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed everything. The pool was nice and clean and enjoyable. The location is great. I can't forget the big catfish that my son caught. He was excited. We would definetly recommend this vacation spot to others. The home was so beautiful and spacious. The amenities they provide was everything that my family needed. Cable TV, wireless internet and swimming pool kept my kids entertained at night, while me and my wife could plan out the fine details of the next day. The feel of the place really made us feel right at home. The place was 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do, including Disney. Thank you for the wonderful home for me and my family's vacation. We had an excellent vacation. The villa was incredibly close to the parks as well as all the restaurants and shopping. The house had all the amenities, was clean and quite large and the pool was awesome. Ony issue we had was that the pool heat wasn't turned on the day we arrived and it took two days (after the called Mark, the pool maintenance man) before the pool heated up warm enough to get into it. However, we really enjoyed our stay and would love the opportunity to come back again. The home was all that it claimed to be. Great location. Only a few minutes drive to many locations. Very close to grocery stores. The yard was great for pets or small children.Next visit to Fla. -will try to rent this place again.This house was nice & clean.Just not sure how all the electric timers worked on the outside pool lights. Went on/off at strange times as well as the outdoor sprinklers.We didn't get to use the pool-we're too busy.Wireless internet would have been better as we had to sit in one area to use our laptop.Wireless would have been more convenient. Otherwise, no real complaints-just suggestions.Thanks for a nice stay. Highly recommend. It was wonderful to have such a nice and spacious home to come to at the end of our day. Thanks, to the owners, for everything. Our time there was absolutely wonderful. the atmosphere, the neighborhood and of course our house. For 4 girls to run away from the winter, family and work we could not have asked for a better time. Weather was perfect in high 80's during the day and mid 60's at night. Access to shopping, attractions, the market, etc was very easy to navigate to. AS we were there we already planned our second vaction for next year and plan to make it a yearly adventure. I will also be returning this summer and again in winter with the family so they too can enjoy the area. Very nice home. Extremely comfortable sleeping arrangements. Hot tub was wonderful. Relaxing private setting. Great service and convenience. Well equipped for cooking, laundry, and great TV and internet service. Accomodated us and our visiting relatives very comfortably with llots of space for visiting and privacy for quiet relaxing time. Pam Thornton We had a great time with our friends (in totall 12) in the villa. We were together in the early morning (some wake up at 4.30 am). During the day we split and then during the evening we came together in the villa again. We were with a big group and it was also possible to do something on your own, because of the space. It was really really great. Everyting you need was in the house. A few of us catched a fish. We showed the picutres of the villa and a lots of people say: well, this is something for us too. We will tell everyone that it is a great experience and very convient to rent a villa like this one. So next time, we will do the same! The home was spacious, clean and stocked with everything you could want or need. The pool was wonderful and warm. We were less than 10 minutes from Disney, which was great after a long day. The owner and management company did everything to make our vacation the best ever and it sure was!!!!!! WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AND WAS VERY PLEASE WITH THE HOME WE RENTED. The house was exactly what it was depicted to be-we were delighted. The heated pool and spa were a blessing in the evening after a full day of walking! Not only will we recommend this particular house to friends and relatives, but we will stay here again on our next visit to Orlando. Thank u! Gramma We showed up 3:00am in the morning the property was easy to find and in a very nice neighborhood. My kids wanted to stay home and not go to Disney on several days. The pool and hot tub were so nice after long days at Disney. I will stay at this property on my next trip, it left like a home away from home. We had a small issue with the washing machine one day I called the number provided and with 12 hours someone was there and fixed the problem. I cannot say enough, lots of room and excellent location. All the popular restaurants within a couple of minutes and if you wanted to cook yourself everything you need was there. I was uncertain about renting but after our trip is all said and done I would not do Florida and Disney any other way.
