This beautiful 6 bedroom, 3 bath home is the perfect home for family vacation or reunion, sleeping 12 adults comfortably. It is within 30 minutes of all Disney Theme Parks, Sea World, Universal Studios, Shopping, fine dining, and many golf courses. The pool and spa are enclosed in a large screened in lanai. It is perfect for large outdoor gatherings. Fully furnished from kitchen to linens with Big Screen TV. We have recently added cable phone service (unlimited calls anywhere in the US), and wireless internet access.

We also have two Welcome Packs available for purchase. These items will be placed in the home prior to your arrival. This will tide you over until you have a moment to take a trip to the grocery store.

The Traditional Welcome pack includes Water, Juice, Milk, Cereal, Peanut Butter, Jam, Bread,Coffee, Tea Bags and Sugar.

The Deluxe Welcome Pack includes Fresh Fruit and Veggie Tray in addition to all of the above items.

The Traditional Welcome Pack is $45.00 and the Deluxe Welcome Pack is $60.00.

We had a fun relaxing time with this home. It wea close to the major parks but not to close to deal with the noise and the traffic. The hot tub was great and the kids had fun in the heated pool.The walmart store was a short drive away. It had everything you need.

Perfect for a group of adults traveling together and wanting plenty of space to relax in, after a conference. It worked out great and the owners were a delight to work with. The house met every need. Loved the kitchen, grill, pool and surrounding area. Kissimmee, as a city, needs to work on its re-cycling...

This house home away from home. It was very clean,lots of rooms and pool/spa was very nice. The kids loved swimming in the late hours, that one thing you can't do at hotel or in community pool. The price was very reasonable (cheater than a Hotel). Yes we'll rent this home or another like it again. It was the best bang for our bucks and it made are trip very enjoyable. No rushing when your home(lol).Thankyou again.
