The condo was great, had everything we needed and it was very comfortable.. pool was great but wishing it was heated. Everything worked well and with the gated commuity we felt comfortable letting our kids (11, 14 yrs old) walk over to the big pool and games room.. Will definitely return!!

The pool is actually heated but at certain times of the year the heaters aren't on depending on the temperatures outside.

We stayed at this beautiful villa during the remaining leg off a two week vacation which included Shopping, and Cruising and both my family and I agreed it was perfect. The villa is located just off the US 192 and just minutes from everything you could need. However it seemed like you were in another world when you got home. The community is secure, beautifully landscaped, well designed for outdoor activities such as a barbeque, outdoor dining, and fishing. Or if you prefer indoor activities the clubhouse also allows for alot of indoor entertainment. I would also like to mention our interactions with David was exceptional as he was very easy to work with and very accommodating as he displayed this even after we left. Anyways I am pleased to conclude that we will definitely stay at this home again even if we have to plan our holiday to accommodate the unit's availability. Thank you David.

We stayed at a condo at Seven Dwarves in Kissimmee for six nights. The condo was fully equipped, and very clean. It is a quiet neighborhood, and the development is well equipped for family vacations. The proximity to attractions at Disney World, Seaworld, Busch Gardens, and Cape Canaveral is what drew us here, and we would recommend this to anyone wishing to visit the area.

We just recently came back from Kissimmee, Florida and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a 3 bedroom failry new townhome close to Disney. Overall the place was nice with a few excecptions that could be easily adjusted. 1) The townhome needed to be dusted/cleaned more thouroughly. There was dust settled into cracks and on top of decorations and picture frames. The corners in bathroom were slightly dusty. People with allergies (like us) will be affected. 2) Also the electric stove would not work properly. Only one burner would work at a time. This made it inconvienent for us to cook large meals at one time. 3) Some of the mattresses were a bit hard. The townhome was nice overall and fairly new. I would have given a 5 star if the above items. I would return to this townhome if these items were corrected. Those are minor problems and had a wonderful time while we stayed at this townhome.

Please note that this review is NOT for my unit specifically. This reviewer apparently had stayed at one of the units here, but it was not my unit that is advertised here.
The vacationhomerentals Admin was supposed to move the review to the correct listing (or have it removed) but has not done so. In my unit, all the stove burners work fine, it is adequately cleaned , etc. :)

Great place to stay. Very roomy and clean. I took my wife and 2 kids here for a week, and it was such a pleasant stay. Less than 15 minutes to Universal, Discovery Cove, and Aquatica. About 2 minutes from Medieval Times as well. David (the owner) is a nice guy and great to do business with.

My husband and I and our 2 year old twin boys stayed in this home last week and it worked out perfect for our family. The location was great, short driving distance from the Disney Parks. The townhouse was clean and had everything in it that we needed. The pool and playground were also fantastic and gave us a nice break away from the parks. The hardest part was that there were restrictions on the air conditioning, we could not lower more than 72 degrees and when it is 96 degrees and humid outside, it was almost impossible to make the upstairs a comfortable environment for our boys. We would find them in the middle of the night drenched in sweat. And it would be great is there were curtains on the windows to block out the sunlight and heat during the day. Overall, we certainly consider staying in this establishment again and have already recommended this location to friends and family. Thank you!

A Dream home away from home

Dear readers I have since return home to the Bahamas where I took my family on a week vacation at SevenDwarfs,Kissimmee Condo owned by Mr.David Reynolds,this place is a clean gated comunity on my arrival The place appeared to have been never used and that we were the first to dwell in it,it was less expensive than a hotel for a party of seven and that me and my wife celebrating 20 years of marriage enjoyed our privacy with our own bedroom and bath,we save money on food because of the access to the kitchen we were able to shop and stow our food on a one time basis and cook what we wanted ,on my arrival home my five year son asked if we could back now to our second home in Kissimmee,I Plan to take my vacation there again,once the place is available

Excellent Property in Kissimmee

We recently returned from one week at this property during the week of October 25 - November 1. We loved the location. It is very close to restaurants, Universal and Walt Disney World. We were able to get to within these parks within 10 minutes. The rental is very spacious and furnished very nicely. We noticed that the bathrooms weren't too terribly clean when we arrived, but it didn't bother us too much. The one thing that we were a little disappointed with, was the fact that this is a self-cleaning facility, you are essentially charged for everything that you do not do (i.e. clean dishes, laundry, etc.). We were fine with this, the only issue we had was the fact that we had a very early morning flight at 4:30 am, so we were forced to shower the night before so that towels could be washed and dried before we left. Other than that, we loved the rental and would most likely return in the future.

We recently spent 10 days at Daves place on Seven Dwarfs lane. The accomodations were excellent. The house looks brand new and had everything we needed. The location is just a few minutes from Disney with many stores and attractions close by. The process was simple and efficient. I would strongly recommend this site to anyone needing a bit of space away from the hectic parks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay at this property. The house had everything we needed, it was very clean and everything was "as advertised" without any surprises! The resort was family friendly and the rate was reasonable for being such a new property. We found the location to be excellent as well as it was in close proximity to all the theme parks and attractions. I would definitely stay here again on future visits to Disney.

This resort exceeded our expectations. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit was very clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay very relaxing. The clubhouse was beautiful, and we enjoyed a fun, free night at the movies! The only thing we were disappointed in was that the hot tub was not working. It was cold! But other than that, our stay was spectacular, and we would definitely come back.

“We just returned from spending two weeks over Christmas in this beautiful new town home with three spacious bedrooms. Having stayed west of the I-4 along Hwy 192 in the past we appreciated being able to avoid the traffic bottleneck at I-4/192 as the home is located just off of Hwy 192 east of I-4. The location is handy to all of the major theme parks and multiple routes to Disney, Universal, and Sea World can be taken to avoid traffic jams. The home is also close to a number of stores and restaurants along Hwy 192, and I don't think you could ask for a better location if you're a Sam's Club member. We'll definitely be back during our next visit to Orlando.â€
