DISNEY AREA FLORIDA - Venetian Bay Villages (#13949)

Write a review This is the second time my family and I {27 persons}stayed at three 4br townhomes at this property.We love the setting of both the community and the homes and enjoy all the creature comforts of our homes right here.The homes were clean,spacious,affordable and functional and the outdoor activities were great.We love Venetian and apart from the few bumps we all had a great time and will definitely stay again. Gary, many thanks for the use of your lovely villa. Situated in a smart safe convenient location, the villa which was clean, comfortable and well equipped was even better than we expected. We were a party of four adults and three children and there was ample room for all of us.The facilities at Venetian Bay Villages are top notch.A great place to come back to after a hetic day at the parks.We all had a great time Regards Frank and family. Excellent facilities, lots of room, nice and clean, good facilities on site and good security. Very close to Disney parks and easy to find would definitley use again and recommend to friends and family. Gary, Thank you for the great accomodations! My daughters, grandkids & I were worried if the reality would match the pictures and were pleasantly surprised with everything, especially with the location close to the theme parks, Gatorland and only 90 minutes from Clearwater. We spent our quiet time in the pool & were happy to crash in bed at the end of our fun filled active days.It was nice to have most of the ammenities of home & the space to have some privacy. We were very surprised at how quiet it was in the resort. I'm so so happy I found your place available to fit our schedule on such short notice. We would definitely recommend it to others and would go again if availablity & our schedules allow it. One note, fix the sqeaky floor at the top of the stairs. A great place that added to the enjoyment of our vacation! Thank You! My wife and I loved our stay here, it is close to everything. The accommodations and amenities are plentiful. The area with the ponds and wildlife is fascinating. We even got to see the shuttle take off standing in front of the door. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great time. Thanks Gary I will be back. Our family's 2008 Christmas and 2009 New Year holidays in Orlando was perfect and we were especially pleased with our accommodations at your place. The villa is nice and in a very peaceful neighborhood, the home is well kept and very comfortable, the location is excellent and is close to Disney Parks and Sea World we wanted to visit. Our kids enjoyed swimming and playing in the outdoor pool. Overall, I was glad we chose to stay here for my family's vacation in Florida and I highly recommend it to anyone who is planning to vacation in Orlando. Gary and his agent are nice persons to work with. I feel that would be nice if I can find a rice cooker at your kitchen, though it was well equipped already. THANKS! Very nice townhouse, well equipped and comfortable. The resort is quiet and well kept. It is located close to all you'll need but you will need a car. Not in the crowded area of I-drive. Our daughter has allergies so we need home from home and found it here! We loved it and will go again! we are very happy to have stayed at your villa. There is always a little voice asking you, are the pictures real? We received exactly what you add. The place is lovely and safe, and quiet, and close to everything! thanks for everything. It only took our family 10-15 minutes to reach all parks. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again. Everything went well had a great vacation. Would stay there again. Thank you very much for the use of your condo. We loved it there. It is so convenient to all the attractions in Orlando, plus close to stores, restaurants, flea markets, and malls. Your condo and Venetian Bay are very clean and well kept. We enjoyed using the pools and exercise room. It is a very quiet and secure place to stay. We walked every day in Venetian Bay and enjoyed all the wildlife. We will definitely be back. Really enjoyed the stay! A very comfortable home in a nice, convenient location. Clean and well equipped. Could use a DVD player instead of the VHS :-) hi and thanks for a wonderful holiday in the best house we have ever used, clean bright loads of room and just of the 192 road so close to all the parks, superstore minuets away & resturants shops what more do you need apart from a pool just a short walk away and a huge pool a little further, .. will be back again and recomended to every one. This place was wonderful, clean, bright, close to everything. If you need a place to stay in the Orlando/Disney try this house, you won't be sorry. It is located just off of Highway 192, which makes it very easy to get to all of the Disney Parks, as they all are on Highway 192. The highway is also lined with restraunts and gift shops. The pools are great ond one is only about a minutes walk from the front door. The inside is beautiful, and the beds were great. We highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Orlando area. GREAT HOUSE, GREAT LOCATION! VERY QUIET AND CLEAN! WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND HAVE ALREADY TOLD FRIENDS ABOUT THE HOUSE. THANK YOU! Venetian Bay Villages is nice and quiet which I like. The condo itself is clean and very comfortable with all the appliances you'd require. We visited the big parks most days so didn't find out much about the pools or entertainment around the condo. There was a problem with the A/c but we rang up and the guy came and fixed it promptly which was good service. Nice place. Staying at your home was great. I went down for a conference and my associates spent close to $300 a day for a hotel. The house was great, no problems and looked wonderful. Absolutely brilliant. A group of 4 of us went to florida for my boyfriend's 30th birthday. The villa is such good value, extremely clean, facilities are great. you do need a car to go anywhere - but thats true of most american places. we are coming back to florida this year & rather than try a hotel we are more than happy to come back to venetian bay. We like the area, and the general facilities of the complex...
