Description of the Kissimmee vacation townhouse rental

Fiesta Key Resort is located in a secure, newly developed gated community. With Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios only minutes away you're guaranteed a great family vacation. Amenities available to our guests are, super swimming pool, tennis court, fitness center, access to the community club house with games, movies and opportunities to mingle with other guests.

Our 4 bedroom, 3 and half bath townhouse is beautifully furnished and fully equipped for a large family looking for some Disney fun or a couple looking to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Guests have access to washer/dryer, dishwasher, large deck and an upstairs water front patio.

It was a really good time the one expended at your house, very convinient location close to Disney and a walmart and publix, house was clean and everything was working properly, pool was great for childrens, manager was on call. Thanks for let us stay at your home, if we ever get back to Orlando will look for the posibility to stay at your house once again.

We had a wonderful 4 bdrm house for our family and 1 other couple. The pool, tennis courts and exercise room were great. Our house wasn't wireless, but the clubhouse was. This was a bit inconvienient, but we made it work. Also, the essential basket was odd. All we found was a package of oreos and a bottle of sprite. Salt and pepper, tissues, toilet paper,(more than 1 roll per bathroom for the week)paper towels or napkins... these would be helpful or seen as essentials. It was fairly accessable to where we went. 10-15 min to Disney, a big hour to the ocean, 2 to the gulf... the area worked well for us. We have suggested this for other family and friends. We would check this out again if we would be in the area.
