House is as advertised. Plenty of room. Furniture and appliances are both fine. Kids enjoyed the pool. Gated community. Location is good. 10 minutes to Walmart and restaurants. Looks/feels like second homes or rentals. Overall very good value for money.

Great Place to Stay

Our problems upon arrival were quickly resolved. This townhouse is in a great location-close to the theme parks, stores, restaurants and entertainment. Only a few miles to Rt 192, Disney Parks, Walmart and Publix. The house is in a gated community that has a large heated pool, a club house, tennis courts, and gym. The house is well equipted, well kept and roomy.

We stayed several months and enjoyed this home very much. The house is furnished well, with all the necessities, plus more. The location is centrally located to all attractions, shopping, dining and entertainment. The gated community is well maintained. The heated swimming pool is great as is the exercise equipment. I look forward to staying here in the future.

Nice place and very comfortable, basically everything that was advertised. It is much cheaper to stay in a place like this instead of a hotel. It is like staying at a private home with a living room and full kitchen instead of a hotel. Also very peaceful and quite which is a nice contrast to being in a park with a lot of people. Very close to Disney as well.

Everything was fine but the house cleaning was weak. The kitchen. The master basthroom (Shower of bath) at the second floor need some repairs. Upgarde the pillow and the cloth of bed linen. Location, pool, was perfect. Some details.

I enjoyed my recent stay at Fiesta Key Resort, my bedroom which included a patio really made my stay feel like home. The gym, pool and tennis court gave me and the family options when he had some down time. A gated community and great location with all the fine dinning, buffet and shopping which was no more than 15 mins away was very convenience. Furthermore, the pricing was affordable for the my weekend stay at Fiesta Key Resort. I would highly recommend Fiesta Key Resort to anyone and friends and family for their next vacation stay for comfort and great locatin.

It was a really good time the one expended at your house, very convinient location close to Disney and a walmart and publix, house was clean and everything was working properly, pool was great for childrens, manager was on call. We had a wonderful 4 bdrm house for our family and 1 other couple. The pool, tennis courts and exercise room were great. Our house wasn't wireless, but the clubhouse was. This was a bit inconvienient, but we made it work. Also, the essential basket was odd. All we found was a package of oreos and a bottle of sprite. Salt and pepper, tissues, toilet paper,(more than 1 roll per bathroom for the week)paper towels or napkins... these would be helpful or seen as essentials. It was fairly accessable to where we went. 10-15 min to Disney, a big hour to the ocean, 2 to the gulf... the area worked well for us. We have suggested this for other family and friends. We would check this out again if we would be in the area.
