Description of the Kissimmee vacation townhouse rental
Our beautiful townhouse at Fiesta Key Resort is in a newly developed gated community with 24 hour security, located within the exclusive Liberty Village. Just 7 minutes to Disney World, and conveniently located to all Central Florida Attractions. Our homes are brand new, have high celings, are imppecable clean, fully equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, large washer/dryer, 2TVs, DVD and plenty of towels and linens. Free unlimited calls to USA, Puerto Rico and Canada, Free cable and Free High Speed Internet. Access to the Community Clubhouse with a large heated swimming pool, tennis court, fitness center, CD Player and Plasma T V., card tables, kitchen and restrooms. All you will need to pack is your clothing! You will have all the comforts of home while away from home!
Fiesta Key is 4 minutes to 192 a popular Tourist corridor with many oulets, and restaurants to suit every taste. Guests are 2 minutes of a 24 hours Super Wal-Mart, Publix Supermarkets, Super Target, Premium Outlet Mall and just every store and restaurants you can imagine on SR 535. Old Town, horse rides, and Pet Farm is just minutes away. - Lodging Tax: 13%
- Deposits: A deposit of 20% of the total value of the rental of the house is required at the time of reservation and the balance is required 4 weeks prior to the arrival date at the house. We will hold a SECURITY BOND of $300.00 against loss or damage. Upon check in we will run the authorization but will not put the charge through. This authorization will expire within 14 days unless there are damages.
All pass and entry codes will be e-mailed to you after payment in full. Not responsible for weather.
- Other Fees: A cleaning fee of $ 75.00 will be charge for stays less than a week.
Please note: When paying by wire transfer you must pay an additional $35.00 to the total amount due. This is to cover the International Transfer Fee as Southern Apple Vacation Homes will not be responsible for the incoming bank wire fees.

Thank you so much for letting stay at such a beautiful home. The price was unbelievable for such a nice clean home. Everytime we visit Orlando, we stay at a stuffy hotel for twice the price. Never again! we were able to keep the family together and it was a lot more comfortable than a hotel. I loved every bit of this vacation home. Thank you!
