Description of the Kissimmee vacation townhouse rental

Beautiful 4/3.5 and 7 minutes away from the Disney area. Also, minutes away from Universal Studios and Sea World. Brand new construction, fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, and all the amenities to make your stay an unforgetable one. A luxurious swimming pool awaits you and your family, gym area, playroom and even a screened in porch with a new barbecue already provided for you, or you can just relax in our beach chairs and enjoy the calm and peaceful setting. The master bedroom has a huge balcony and a georgeous forest view as shown in the images. The additional bedrooms including the living room are fully furnished and equipped with bedding sheets, accesories and TVs. I have to say that this was one of the best vacations my family and I had. Not only were the owners very helpful and friendly, but the house was clean, well equipped, bigger than what is shown in the pictures, with all the major attractions and ammenities close by. I just wanted to say we had a great 8 days in Orlando and your townhouse was excellent. Everything went well and we had no problems. You have a beautiful spot there as we found it to be very easy to get to Disney, shopping and restaurants. I would definately refer family and friends!

I was very pleased with my stay. There were seven of us staying in the townhouse. We had plenty of space. Maria was very helpful and friendly. She responded very quickly to all my emails and questions. The place was great. It was located close to the highway, disney and shopping. It was very easy to find. The place was just as described. The furniture was comfortable, it was very clean. Plenty of closet space. I would definitly stay here again.
