This brand new vacation villa is just 4 miles from Disney World and minutes away from everything it has to offer! It is perfectly located in the center of it all with Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and the Orlando Convention Center a short distance away. This is a truly wonderful 1,240 square foot townhouse located in a gated community. 3 bedroom,2 bathroom townhouse includes:living room with TV,DVD,CD,dining room,kitchen,and in-unit washer and dryer. The downstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Two upstairs bedrooms have two twin beds in each and a 19 inch TV in each room. There is also a full bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is also a queen size sofa bed located in the living room. This unit is equipped with heat and air conditioning

Disney World is only 4 miles away, and the many shops and restaurants of HWY192 are at walking distance.

My husband and I stayed at the Villas for just 4 nights. We wanted to try something other than a hotel. Mostly becasue I don't like packing much when we travel and I wanted a washer / dryer to make it easier on me.

We were very comfortable in our own townhouse. We didn't have much time to use the facilites since we only there a short time but we did check them out and they looked like a lot of fun and the hot tub looked very inviting.

We did use the computers. That made it easier for me since I do travel with my laptop.

All in all. Very enjoyable and we'll return.

Thank you for your thoughtfulness and making our first experience dealing directly with an owner so easy. We did worry about this aspect of renting but found it so easy to do.

What a beautiful condo! The location is perfect and the condo had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub! Our family had a wonderful vacation and look forwarding to visiting again, and staying at your condo.

We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations given the price, which was extremely affordable! It was like a home away from home...not as if we were staying at a hotel. Many things to do and see are close by. I have recommend your place to several friends and family members.

Thank you so much for an AMAZING vacation. It made things so much easier with the kids. If we had stayed in a hotel not only would we have been stuck in the room after they went to bed but we would have missed out on the pool, jacuzzi and peace and quiet. The condo is great, a real home away from home. We went to Disney but also spent a lot of time just lounging at the pool. We also enjoyed using the BBQ and picnic table by the lake, very relaxing. We will positively be back!!
