The house is located in Kissimmee, FL, at Lake Berkley Resort Villas, 5 miles from Disney World. Lake Berkley Resort Villas is a gated place located behind Medieval Times-Dinner Show. Lake Berkley Resort Villas includes every possible amenity; game tables, sports club, swimming pool, in pool bar, tennis courts, golf area, sauna, jacuzzi, internet access and much more.
The Home accomodates up to 8 people. Is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom. Fully furnished, spacious villa with an in law suite w/private entrance. Two master suites, one with King size bed and another one with a Queen size bed, walk-in closet and bathroom. One with Queen bed, and other one with two Twin beds.
3 tv, cable, linens, full kitchen, washer, dryer, tile in living room, carpet wall to wall in second floor, balcony, great playground, 24 hours guarded gate.
